Staff gentile e cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Camere confortevoli e con tutti I servizi necessari, incluso il bollitore per tè e caffè. Il phone non è disponibile in camera, ma basta chiederlo alla reception dove è anche possibile avere in prestito gli adattatori. L'hotel è vicinissimo al centro città ed è subito dietro ad uno dei più belli e famosi pub di Belfast.

Eccezionale posizione, a pochi metri dalla stazione degli autobus e dal Crown Liquor, il pub più bello e storico di Belfast. Vicinissimo anche al centro.

Pareti troppo sottili, si sente tutto...

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/posizione centrale, abbiamo girato Belfast sempre a piedi, senza usare mai I mezzi pubblici.

La camera era molto spartana, il bagno minuscolo, la colazione non eccellente.

location is perfect. cannot be better than here. located in city centre, right next to bus terminal. good access from the airport bus top. only takes about 3 minutes on foot.

Very close to everything

My stay was terrible. The drains were blocked in the room we were given. When I booked the room I asked for a room with a bath. When I complained about the room they gave me, they moved me into a room with a shower only. I had no where else to stay. The following morning they refused to refund the cost of the night I had been made to stay in a room I did not ask for (£59.00), and had to argue before they would refund the cost of the other 3 nights I had booked there. There was a lot of noise from people shouting, crying and fighting in the reception area. It was a nightmare. I dont think I should have had to pay for the night I stayed in the room I didnt want. Never again will I stay in a Travel lodge

Our stay here in this hotel is negative too noisy, inside ( bad acoustic walls) outside ( lot of pubs , friday night is terrible) Poor equipment in bathroom, eg no shampoing

Excellent location in city. Within walking distance of everything.

Although it is a non-smoking facility,we often returned from the city to find that the corridors smell of fresh cigarette smoke.

Very basic accomodation for the price - definately not good value for money. I have stayed in many Belfast hotels and this has been the worst. It is undeserving of the name Hoterl. Apart from its location it has nothing to offer.

The location is good for city centre and close to public transport and airport bus, The rooms were clean and warm

On the last night before our departure , we had someone in the next room who was very noisy although we did not complain at the time we did mention it to a member of staff when checking out and he told us we should have let the night staff know about it. We did not let this incident spoil our stay and were more than happy with everything else

staff werevery helpful and we were able to take our dog into the room with us which was great
