The location was great , walking distance to shops, pubs and clubs. The price was reasonable and the rooms comfortable. Thanks to the staff who let us check in early .

It was close to city center and access to walk around the old city wall. The room was not very clean, had very sparse furniture, mediocre bed and bathroom. The front desk personnel were not extremely friendly.

comfortable. clean room, lovely city. When I arrived I paid my room charge in cash on the friday. I then left on the sunday and when i arrived home I realised the travelodge had held 59pounds from my account which I could not access. I called the travelodge and they said it was an authorisation procedure, to ensure I had the money in my account, incase I did not show up. (which I already had 2 days previously and paid in cash) I called my bank and now due to this money being held in my bank I have to wait for 5 working days for the money to be released.... I am currently still waitin for this money to be released back into my bank. I would advise people to be aware of this as I was never advised of this by travelodge and never have experienced this with any other hotel. disgrace!!!

Girl on check in was really friendly and helpful in regards to giving us a map and asking if there was anything in particular we'd like to see or do! Rooms were very clean and we had only planned to stay 1 night and when we asked about staying another we were given a great discount rate! Location was also fantastic!

Central location was so wonderful - we walked everywhere - even to the University where my daughter was staying. The friendliest staff ever, as well as all of the Derry natives. Beautiful, beautiful city and people. If you're on a budget, or just want ultimate convenience to everything, this is the place to stay. Could have had blow dryers in the room, instead of asking the front desk and having to go down and get them - but, not a big deal.

it was cheap and very clean and comfortable. the room next door to us were very loud on the first night and we didnt get to sleep until half 5 that morning, but other than that, it was perfect.

Im not very happy at all with travelodge,they charged me double when I handed them cash!they had no need to aurthorise my card!I no hve to wait 10 days after sorting it out over 3days for it to goin bk into my account!so I wnt b back! I'l never b bk

There is a 5-second fire alarm screaming at 12:00PM when I was sleeping, however, no one has told us what to do. I had to get up and check out. The breakfast is very poor and expensive.
