The rooms tho basic where comfortable and extremely clean, and the staff we're very pleasant and helpful!

Large room

Rooms felt and smelt dirty, not enough beds, not enough towels. Poor breakfast

The staff were very pleasent and the room was clean but basic.

Nothing Stood out

The staff were not exactly a welcoming bunch although the lady when I initially arrived did welcome me. The restaurant was closed and we wern't sure if the bar was open about 8.30 ish. The bar manager seem to have most lights off and sat on his own.

location was nice and it was great value for money

Cheerful and very competant manager (Australian Paul). Full marks for his personal service. The Gurkha Restaurant facility very smart, but, other than fish-and-chips, for me a seemingly serious shortage of traditional 'English' dish options. The Indian dish I tried did not impress me (but my travelling pal was more than pleased with his). Very pleasant location, and quiet at night. Full English breakfast, however, was excellent value, as was the overall experience. Recommended!

Having to travel between buildings to get from the bedrpoom section to the lounge and Restaurant section. Not too much of a problem in summer (I was visiting in August) but I would have been dejected at the thought of walking between them in the midst of winter weather.

The staff were very helpful .The breakfast was lovely and filling and close to where we were visiting that weekend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very good staff, hotel very clean. Although we do not eat indian food we were very please as eveverthing was explained to us, and we were surprised at how enjouyable iit was.We shall be happy to reccomend you to our friends etc., and we will come back if and when we are in the area, Maurice and Beryle Sharp.

The Restaurant served Indian food which was very good, the breakfast was simple but did the job well. The layout of the hotel was good and the room was well laid out.

The Full English Breakfast was not so good, more heated food than fresh cooked. The bedding was well warn, clean but a bit tired.

Breakfast not inclusive

Отличный персонал. Уютные номера. Отличный Wi-Fi. Вдали от городка Десборо (10-15 минут пешком). Спокойное место.

Минус один - не работал ресторанчик при отеле для обеда или ужина - только завтраки.

It was ok, clean,very basic. The breakfast was awful, had to ask for cereal, tea was in a flask-therefore not too warm. The cooked breakfast was not too good, mushrooms cold not cooked properly. Overall don't bother with brekkie, save your money.

Helpfullness of the staff
