Fantastic location, great staff. Liked to eat in On site Inn. Will definitely go again and highly recommend it.
Décor in rooms a bit shabby but very comfy.
bed too small...pricey for level of comfort always had to ask for more tea at breakfast breakfast area too cramped
Excellent location Excellent staff and food Nice room but in need of refurb
View from balcony was disappointing!
Good food and wine list
Overall standards of cleanliness poor. Should be better!
Everything else very good.
Lights in bedroom very dim: not comfortable for reading after dark.
Lovely reception staff - couldn't do more for us. Excellent
I booked two rooms one was excellent and the other was like a 1980's Bed and breakfast in an attic- hard to believe they were part of the same hotel. We were able to move the second night to a much nicer room Swimming pool rather tired.
Staff were very friendly in the reception, dining room , and bar restaurant . Had a lovely stay comfy bed and excellant shower facility in a beautiful location and great value for money would recommend this hotel
Location, food quality and service at dinner in main restaurant, size of the rooms and the view. Several rooms we saw appear to have been refurbished
Dated room & bathroom, well past it's refurbishment date, carpet & decor was awful. Only food available on a Sunday is in the Pub, not very good food quality or staff.
Close to beach Excellent accomodation swimming pool facilities pleasant staff
Very, very busy and noisy in the bar meal's section of the hotel
The staff were very pleasant and friendly, always had a smile on their faces which is not always the case in this size of hotel. The meals were excellent quality and always served with a smile.
This is our second visit. Still friendly staff, quality of food excellent in Bay Restaurant, lots of space. Bedrooms are clean and nicely decorated. Overall -would go back for a another visit without a doubt.
The outlook from Room 22-overlooking rear area of hotel and porta cabin where office is situated ie: no outlook!
Just returned from a fabulous long weekend at the Trearddur Bay Hotel with my boyfriend. Our room was lovely and I slept incredibly well. Staff were lovely, breakfast was great, and perfect location for exploring South Stack Cliffs & Snowdonia. We can't wait to return!
The New England style bedrooms Fantastic power shower Elegant bar and public areas. Fantastic Service Room Service Breakfast
Location, facilities, breakfast, comfy bed
Bathroom - set up steps very close to bed, very noisy false floor, silverfish in bathroom. Not enough milk provided in room. Breakfast table had no sugar, very little butter, only 1 pot of jam and an empty pot of marmalade left on the table and no teaspoons.
On check in,receptionist very courteous, asked If we would like help with our luggage the young porter took all our stuff to our room. We had lovely evening meals, food was delicious, breakfast was equally as good, excellent choice, very well presented, all the members of staff spoke to us, a very well run hotel in an ideal location.
Location Room layout Food Pool Overall experience
Shower over bath
The area and the lovely beach good for surfing .
The hotel staff were good but the staff not in the restaurant but in the pub bar were they serve food they were pretty poor , brought my mains before my starter and didn't clear the table and when I asked for my bill they were pretty slow and had to go to the bar myself and get an extra drink but only to find all staff behind the bar just talking I don't think they want my custom so I went elsewhere after my drink.
Breakfast was very bad my wife's went back with a full plate but no one asked why. The whole place is shabby. Poor quality dinner at high price.
Quiet and clean room with very comfortable bed. Hotel staff were excellent and breakfast was great. Decent food in the Inn next door, nothing special but reasonably priced and tasty
The situation is lovely, it was great to be able to sit out on the balcony as it was a very hot day.
The room was very hot when we arrived and there was no air-conditioning - hence the fair rating for sleep quality
Lovely location Great view from the bedroom Staff really friendly and helpful
Loved the location and the décor was of a good standard throughout the main hotel area. The breakfast area was lovely, the staff that waited on in the morning were very friendly and helpful. Main desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. Would stay again, but not in room 31.
The put up bed for my 6 yr old was on its last legs, my son found it hard to get comfy. Our bed wasn't that comfy in room 31, the mattress slumped in the middle. Glad we didn't pay the full price and got the room on booking.com otherwise it would of been £140 and the room wasn't worthy of that price as it was starting to show signs of wear. other than that a great place for a short break.
Comfy bed Huge choice of food at breakfast.
location close to beach restaurant bar and reception all recently renovated to good standard
room dated. food in restaurant average at best. service mediocre.
Nice, comfortable and homely hotel, good size rooms with good views over the bay, great beach and quiet location - very pet friendly which was nice, staff very welcoming and a very good breakfast provided.
The Inn at the Bay food wasn't great but OK, typical run of the mill pub food but caters well for young children.
