Trearddur Bay Hotel  

I booked the room on a special rate, this proved to be excellent value. We had a lovely rooms with fantastic views of Treaddur Bay seafront.

Room overlooking the sea and was large and comfortable. Dined in their restaurant - would recommend it.

No lift

Location, parking, general facilities. All the staff we met were very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Signage to the hotel.

Bedrooms 701 and 702. A long trail from reception many stairs and no lift. We felt a bit out on a limb !Musty smells in corridors leading to these rooms and stale smell in room 702. The door to the balcony in room 702 is faulty and falls off its tracks if you try to open it. Consequently we didn't have the use of the balcony and the room probably doesn't get 'refreshed' between bookings. This was reported at reception and we discovered that this is a long standing problem that is evidently not being attended to.

We were not aware that hotel took pets,would not have booked had we known. No lifts .Room and bedding much to hot, asked for twin room allocated double bed and a single jammed under eaves of roof, Room not very clean carpet full of stains.towels not changed. Tea tray not re stocked after first day. Large play area for children right below roon constant noise during daylight hours no signal for tv

Very poor quality and choice of food at dinner. Breakfast was self service and mostly poor quality.

The staff were excellent and really friendly.The room was a nice size and the location was good

For the money that we paid to stay there, the room was very tired and had peeling wallpaper, frayed carpets, old furniture, a rusty bath and mouldy tiles. The shower also stopped working if adjacent rooms were using their shower or running a bath. The swimming pool is off site in a separate building and again is in need of some work.The hotel is half way through a refurbishment and the photos on the website are of the new rooms, whereas we were put in one of the old rooms.

Everything!! The hotel is in a fantastic location, right beside the bay! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional, the food amazing and the bedrooms outstanding!! We will definately be coming back again!!

Everything! Room was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a most relaxing place to stay in. Food - breakfast in restaurant and evening meal in bar were both very good. We had a lovely short break and will definitely go back again.

Our stay was over all too quickly and we had to go home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the suite was a delight, the decor fresh and of a high standard. Generous supply of refreshments. Well designed loved the chaise lounge felt very luxurious but not reflected by the cost.Brilliant selection for breakfast, good food in restaurant and Inn.Staff; polite, helpful,friendly and efficient not intrusive. Some very good May deals on. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Food and restaurant service exceptional

Receptionist greeting when first arrived. Unfriendly, sharp tone, bearing in mind we arrived at 3 pm, room not ready (which we were fine with). Receptionist needs a leaf out of restaurant staff book in politeness.

Location

No hot water or Central heating in the morning. Staff not helpful and dismissive. They still charged full price for our stay.
