The house and grounds are beautiful. The host was charming but very laid back. Good towels were provided, but there was a shortage of soap.Delicious fresh breakfasts each morning. We liked Marco very mcuh and appreciate what he is trying to achieve in regard to organic [produce and fresh cooking. The standard room we were offered was uncomfortably small. There was no hot water the first evening. And the room was very cold. We asked for an upgrade the following morning. The charges for this were higher than experience suggests they should be, although the second room was delighful, but dusty. |

Parking and size of room. Being locked out despite having a front door key because not told about a 1am curfew. Having to pay an extra £6.90 for a cooked breakfast when your site said breakfast included. Only continantal breakfast was included. Felt conned on this one. |

Good location, peaceful country setting, hotel tastefully refurbished. Too few guests, ? fairly new hotel. Additional charge for cooked breakfast, this was not clear from the hotel information online. Insufficient choice of beverages for tea/coffee making in room. |

Die Gediegenheit dieses alten Herrenhauses. Die Freundlichkeit und die Zuvorkommenheit der Hotelleitung. |

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und hat großzügige Aufenthaltsräume. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und somit viel zu teuer ! |

Haus mit viel Charme in außergewöhnlich ruhiger Lage. Sehr persönliche, fast familiäre Betreuung. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. |
