Situé sur un terrain paisible à la campagne, l'hôtel Tredethy House est une maison de campagne anglaise élégante et à l'ambiance détendue construite à l'époque Tudor. Il propose des chambres spacieuses avec salle de bains privative, la plupart avec vue sur le jardin et les bois. Un buffet continental bio est servi pour le petit-déjeuner et comprend du jambon italien, du fromage, du pain frais local, des croissants chauds et des pâtisseries, du muesli maison bio, des confitures, de la salade de fruits frais et du yaourt bio maison. La maison de campagne est située dans une zone d'une beauté exceptionnelle et à 24 km de route de l'Eden Project. Le Lanhydrock House & Gardens se trouve à environ 8 km. Tredethy House était la maison du prince Chula de Thaïlande jusqu'à la fin des années 1960. Les 7 hectares de terrain du Tredethy Country House abritent désormais de superbes plantes, arbres et fleurs colorés tout au long du printemps, de l'été et de l'automne. Chambres : 11

L'extérieur, magnifique bâtisse dans un parc arboré La restauration : buffet en quantité insuffisante pour le nombre de convives, pas de choix de plats différents. La douche défectueuse : eau froide uniquement. Une chambre exigüe avec vue sur les cuisines

La maison et le cadre Le wifi ne fonctionne pas pas d'eau chaude le soir après le repas pas assez de nourriture disponible pour les clients le 1° soir!!!

Marco was incredibly welcoming. The Hotel and grounds were stunning. The room was very clean and incredibly comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The whole place was picturesque and we can't wait to stay again. There was nothing we did not like.

Loved the position. The owners were very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The breakfasts (continental) were home made and organic. A little bit of Italy in the cornish countryside. Very handy for visiting most of North Cornwalls seaside resorts. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back

Marco was an extremely affable "Mein Host", who has brought his ideas of how to upgrade Tredthey House. Together with Christina, he has made it a very attractive place to spend a short, comfortable and peaceful break. A few more facilities and regular meals would make this the perfect location for a short break. I am convinced Marco will continue to upgrade (from an already very good standard)

It is a comfortable and traditional residence in an exceptionally quite location. Centrally located for North and South coast visits. Rooms are generous in size and with comfortble furnishings. Host and staff were very welcoming and the breakfasts divine with quality ingredients. Totally enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful evening meal on Saturday but wold have prefered it if evenings meals were to be offered more often, albeit there were fine dining available in local vilages.

The setting was beautiful, stunning grounds and a wonderful house, tastefully decorated. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with furniture in keeping with the house. The breakfast was unusual, home-made muesli, fruit salad beautifully fresh and croissants, bread and a selection of cold meats. The whole place was very quiet even though there were other guests. We stayed the second week in September and temperatures had dropped a bit at night. The room was rather chill in the night. There was no shower, just a spray over a very large bath. There were no evening meals offered during the week so we had to drive round looking for a pub or restaurant and the choice was disappointing. A cooked breakfast at the hotel cost extra which we had not been aware of when we booked.

A lovely country house in a quiet location with lovely garden area. Marco and his staff are very friendly and efficient. Very clean comfortable rooms. A good base for touring. We travelled with relatives and booked 2 rooms for 4 nights, a very enjoyable stay.

The communal areas of the house and grounds were lovely-nicely decorated and well maintained. Our room was very basic and small. We found the furnishings could have been updated. The first impressions of the house did not match the room we stayed in.

Food in general was very good, rooms were nice and clean, great views. They cocked some special dinner for my little girl, which was very nice. Food was not sufficient, people were almost fighting about it and we went hungry to bed.

Magnificent hotel, with very good and personal personal. Good breakfast. The owners put a lot of effort in every little details making the hotel a nice and warm house.

A little disappointed at outside presentation of house but Marco and staff certainly made up for this. Rooms best described as shabby chic. Nice relaxing 3 day visit and would certainly return

Very relaxed atmosphere. Attentive staff. Would recommend staying at this hotel if you like quality without fuss. Was like being a guest in a country house without being intruded upon. Fantastic!

Beautiful hotel and gardens. Very accommodating towards our dog. Owners were charming and attentive. Excellent quality breakfast and friendly staff. A delightful country hotel with historical interest offering pure relaxation and comfort. We were a bit disappointed in vegetarian dinner in restaurant [ not advertised as such] as limited for meat eaters. However, breakfast and overall enjoyment made up for dinner which was nonetheless very good quality.
