Very comfortable and clean room. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly host. Would stay again if our business takes us to this area.
Friendly, clean and nice breakfast.
A bit dated.
Old and tired accommodation - no curtains at window - toilet so close to forward facing wall you're forced to 'side saddle' - doesn't seem like a particularly nice street
Spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean, food of a very high standard. We were made very welcome, and enjoyed our stay.
Perhaps the towels could have been a bit softer.
Great location - really nice, big room, ample parking & a very tasty cooked breakfast. Close to town centre within easy distance to M4 & Port Talbot.
Furniture tired & old Noisy shower. But for the money, still superb value!
Friendliness convenience to places of interest parking facility
Brilliant owner very friendly good breakfasts pleasant room great shower lovely views.Parking facility much appreciated Excellent value for money.
Nothing to not like.
Lovely guest house, very friendly staff, very welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone going to Swansea only a 15-20 min drive to the city centre.
Our devices wouldn't connect to the wi-fi but other than that all good
Clean and comfortable. The owner very attentive and made us feel welcome. Although on a main road our bedroom was nice and quiet.
Very clean room, excellent breakfast good choice and hot. Near a park where we able to walk our dogs. Tea making facility.very quiet room no traffic noise.
Fairly close to the road but it didn't really matter.
Modern ensuite facilities
House in need of redecoration and location is grim. No help yourself option for fruit or cereals at breakfast. These may have been available on request. Overall experience was poor.
We were greeted by a lovely lady and she served us a lovely breakfast the bed was really comfortable
I was made to feel very welcome, great home cooked food, everything I needed and spotlessly clean.
Clean comfortable bedroom, with excellent en-suit. Tea making facilities in the room which included proper cups and a tea pot !! Great breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Ample on site parking - even for a LWB van. But above all a friendly and flexible owner - all this for a budget price.
Great base to explore from with our dog. Nice homely place with character and lovely lady running it - knocks places like Premier Inn into cocked hats!
Friendly staff Good breakfast Comfortable bed Nicely decorated bathroom Good to provide parking
Room very small No curtains Poor shower Cobwebs in corners
Friendly reception and atmosphere.
lovely landlady, comfortable, roomy, brilliant shower room.
The Lady that ran Tree Tops guest was very friendly and helpful
Bathroom was clean nice and of reasonable size
Cold Cold Cold - Heating was not on in room. So put it on using control valve When I returned at 22.10 it had gone off I do not think it came on till 0630. Woke 4 times in night very cold Single room was so small I was suprised to be able to get in it. Carpet in bedroom was badly stained and dirty. Could hear all the noises in the house including crying children at 0230 how this hotel gets the reports on here amazes me. It was a very ordinary poor quality quest house. This only the second bad report I have made on bookings in 10 years
Proximity to the Coast Path
We were looking for a triple room for 2 nights with breakfast while visiting uni's in carnaven and pontypridd. This was slap bang in the middle.Off street parking excellent, cooked breakfast was lovely, the proprietor was really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with tea and toiletries supplied.
From the warm welcome late on Saturday evening to the hearty breakfast on Sunday morning - I was very impressed. I even got a lift to the Knoll for the Rugby League World Cup match!
Nothing to say.
