Very clean, neat, quiet. Jonette was pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfasts...first time I have tried traditional Welsh lavabread and cockles and they were delicious. Found Brunel bridge in nearby hidden park Jon told us about. Shower very weak. Had to drive to pubs and restaurants as local places did not do evening meals. Area quite run down, but B&B was good. Photo a bit misleading as only one of the buildings shown is Tree Tops.

Friendly but run down. There are a lot worse but wont go back. Quite comfortable beds and decent breakfast. The location is very poor with only take aways and poor pubs. Aberavon beach and Swansea not far and worth going to. Vietnam restaurant in Swansea is awesome value and taste. Smells of food. Everything needs updating. More expensive than decent b & b's in Swansea so poor value too. Location noisy and run down.

The location within a few minutes of the m4 was the main attraction of booking this establishment and having to also book two separate rooms of single occupancy. The owner was warm and attentive with an excellent cooked breakfast served from 7am, important when on business and need an early start. The two rooms that we occupied were both family rooms on the first and second floors overlooking the road which although nice and spacious was rather noisy from the traffic consistently being aroused during the night despite having double glazing.

(Gute Programmierung in bester Qualität!) Es fehlten genügend Möglichkeiten die Handtücher zu trocknen!
