food was very good ,with an excellent choice. cleaniless of the room was well maintained overall a very pleasant stay having to run the shower/taps for an age just to get hot water(room117) the amount of water that was wasted must have been many litres going down the drain (hope you are not on a water meter

This was the perfect setting to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary! As we are both a little bit immobile, fr us, it was quite a long walk from the lift to our room. However, once there it as worth it!

Friendly helpful knowledgable staff, very good standard rooms, excellent breakfast variety. The pool was out of use which, due to some poor weather we would of used, sauna & steam room not in best working order and steam room not clean.

Incredible staff! Very helpful and nice ( Especially the lady at the at the reception was amazing! ) Beautiful view! ( oversees whole St. Ives ) Clean, comfortable and very spacious rooms Location was excellent!

We liked how friendly the young staff were. Nothing was too much trouble even though we only stayed one light for our anniversary treat it was lovely and would return. Paid quite a lot of money for the room and was disappointed that the bathroom wasn't better standard and condition. There was patchy walls where they had been touched up and the lino floor tile next to the bath was unstuck. I'm being a bit picky I guess but I did think what a shame it was.

The bed was comfortable and the setting is spectacular. The indoor pool facilities were closed. The reception staff were excellent but staff in other areas were poor at best. Severe lack of choice with food. I was very disappointed with the wheelchair access, they had ramps but not really usable due to positioning or angle. I will not be in a rush to return.

The extraordinary care and concern shown in relation to my wife's situation when I was suddenly whisked of to hospital for four days. Also the accommodating of members of my family at short notice. The staff could not have been more caring, sympathetic or effective in dealing with the situation. So a big thank you to all. The maintenance of the decoration and plumbing could benefit from a reappraisal in some areas.

The service at the hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant and at reception . The setting of the hotel is fantastic and the view from room 122 was stunning looking out across St Ives. The hotel is very nice but the decor needs a bit of sprucing up as it is starting to look a little worn.
