Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 66 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 16 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

A lounge with digital TV and Freeview is provided.
The town centre has lots of quirky shops, as well as some favourites and plenty of great restaurants and pubs to choose from. Falmouth is also the home to the National Maritime Museum, and Pendennis Castle. Across the road from Tregenna Guest House is the Princess Pavillion which hosts many musical events, including Brass Band performances during the summer months.
The house is within easy travelling distance of the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, the Minack Theatre, Lands End and Lizard Point - to name but a few - and is a convenient over-night stopping point for the South West Coast Path.
Please be advised that smoking is not permitted inside the house but is allowed on the terrace outside.

Steve and Jayne made us feel very welcome and we were especially impressed that they apologised for not having a room with a bath. We were very satisfied with our room which had a lovely big window, sea glimpse and loads of storage space.We also liked the decor throughout the guest house and the efficiency and helpfulness of our hosts. |

able to travel to other places of interest easily from the guest house,you got your own key to get in if you went far away and didnt get back till late,steve the owner and chef made a good breakfast and was always freindly and gave good advice where to go and things to do locally,great bloke. certain members of staff were standoffish,the room we were in had awful plumbing where you filled the sink up and when you emptied it the water came up through the shower plug hole and there was a horrible smell,otherwise a great stay. |

Friendly family run Guest House, very welcoming and willing to put themselves out to make guests comfortable and feel at home. I did not feel uncomfortable being a solo traveller, my visitors wee also made to feel welcome too. Breakfast was excellant. |

Booked double room for sole occupancy, but was given a twin. I am very tall and found the single bed very uncomfortable.(Did ask to be moved but they were unable to do so). Road outside was very noisy first thing in the morning. |

Great location, within walking distance of town and beaches, good location for visiting the university. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and had great views. Good breakfast to. Would definately recommend and hope to return. |

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick über ganz Falmouth, Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Lage des Hotels nahe Zentrum und Busrouten, und nur 3 Minuten von Castle Beach entfernt. |
