Nice, comfy room. Ideal for a short break being close to the beach and the shops. Late check in at 4.00pm, would be better if it were a little earlier. There is only a 1 hour breakfast slot but it would be nice ifvthiscwas a little longer.

Uni visit with my daughter, minor mix up with the booking but provided us with two double rooms instead of a twin at no extra cost, which my daughter loved! Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and comfy. The location was great for the Uni, beach and the town. Great view from my daughters top floor room over the harbour. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Will use it again if my daughter chooses to go to this Uni.

Clean, tidy and very friendly. The en suite facilities could be better, they were very clean but the toilet was in a cupboard and the shower and wash basin in the bedroom rather than a separate room.

Excellent stay all be it 1 night but you got the feeling that this is a quality guest house with very nice owners. We went as my daughter had an interrview at Falmouth University. If she gets accepted at Falmouth then this guest house would be top of my list to stay again.

We appreciated the welcome from Steve and family. Were given a choice of a ground-floor room, which was much appreciated by an elderly couple - no stairs! Conveniently placed for the town of Falmouth and visiting family. A pity car parking was so limited at the guest house.

Friendly service, good location The room I stayed in did not have en suite facilities, I had to go to toilet or shower in a room across hallway, this was inconvenient especially early morning or late night.

Quite a lot of nice touches, including being shown to one's room, boxes of courtesy tissues, windows that open properly, pots of ground coffee on the breakfast table, and a smoking veranda. If, like me, you arrive early (5pm!!) then you might well be able to park right outside the front door. I was there to see Hawkwind perform in the Princess Pavilion, and this guest house is around 30 seconds walk down the road. It made a nice change from some of the city centre "dives" I've stayed in before. Not being able to check in til 5pm was a bit of a pain, but worse things happen at sea, eh.
