Outstanding customer service, very firendly and polite. Nothing too much trouble Nothing (apart from a deep snorer in the room next to me). I would stay there again with no hesitation

Perfect location for us- quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a problem with an uncomfortable bed and were offered another room without any hesitation. Room comfortable and functional. Breakfast v good. Rooms were well serviced but felt a little unclean- cobwebs in corners and carpets showing their age- perhaps this is partially because of golf shoes bringing dirt in regularly. Some black mould growth in shower.

My wife has mobility problems. The lady receptionist, very kindly, transported my wife in a golf buggy to our room. This was a short distance away, in a different building.

Its position outside but near to town. Excellent catering. The two centres work very well yet are seperate. Excellent staff. No real ale in leisure function room bar for recent wedding we attended.

The breakfasts were very good. The chalet we stayed in was warm very comfortable & homely clean Being on our own in the off season. Nobody for breakfast & no cars parked in the car park on a Sunday night in February.

The staff were very welcoming and everyone we dealt with gave us a high degree of personal attention. Our accommodation in one of the small bungalows spread around the site was excellent with plenty of space in our room which was clean and fresh and surprisingly quiet with a wedding party also booked into the hotel. We were delighted with our evening meal with every effort being made to ensure our comfort. The dinner was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We were given a comprehensive menu at breakfast and were encouraged to choose from across the whole range of cooked food on offer. We will certainly be returning to Trethorne and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a competitively priced, comfortable, friendly hotel. Absolutely no problems !

We enjoyed the stay from the moment we parked the car, friendly staff & nice room is all we ask which we got. Only one thing I could moan about is the room was a little too warm for me with no easy way of turning the heating down I could see.

I have stayed here i think 4 times this year,the staff are very friendly and i like the rooms which are always clean and spacious.The location is just off the main A30 which i find idea for a overnight stay on my way to St Austell which is only about 35 minutes away.The rooms are in cottage style bungalows set in the grounds a short walk from the main clubhouse/reception which personally i like.The warm welcome and excellent customer service i recieve here is brilliant and better than many large hotel chains that i use where you are just treated like cattle quite frankly.Highly recommened !
