Friendly staff, amount of facilities, clean and tidy
Bit of a walk from the station if you don't travel by car
Warm welcome, comfortable room and excellent breakfast
Welcoming staff, clean and tidy room! And delicious breakfast!
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The guesthouse is exactly on a roundabout on the main street, and although I booked a week in advance we got a room on the street side. It was very loud also during the night. The guesthouse is old and needs a renovation, the bathroom was from the last century and the chest of drawers wouldn't close properly. The breakfast was very basic, less than average. I won't book this guesthouse again.
there was nothing not to like
Everything was top class
If like us we didn't bring car , you need to get around st Austell use white river taxis !! Excellent service an excellent prices x
No toilet an shower in my room :(
Susie and the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Nothing seemed to be too much bother for all at Trevanion Lodge. We would definitely return again and recommend this hotel.
We were only staying for 1 night, so a bit of a flying visit - but it was perfect! Lovely staff, excellent big fry up for brekkie, and really good value :-) thank you Susie, Vicky and co.! x
The staff is really nice and kind and ready to help. The breakfast is wonderful.
The road makes a lot of noise.
Susie really looked after me for the four nights I stayed at the Lodge. Breakfasts were excellent, with vegetarian diets catered for. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Lodge is too close to the main road for my liking; it was very noisy at night.
Very warm welcome, wonderful breakfasts, very helpful hostess who booked us two wonderful restaurants for dinner.
Our room was not very well thought out - we moved the furniture - but we moved it back again afterwards. We found two things under the wardrobe - an item of medication, unknown, and a clove of garlic - discuss.
staff breakfast really clean wifi
Room huge, comfortable, clean. Bathroom small, but comfortable and clean. Electric shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Breakfast made with fresh ingredients, lovely service. Susie is simply lovely: she makes you feel at home, she is so entusiastic and welcoming. The service is great, friendly and caring. You can actually feel that the place is run with care and love.
Pretty odd the bathroom with shower and toilet, while basin is in a corner of the room. But still comfortable.
Made welcome from start to finish, could not have been better looked after.
There was nothing to dislike
Central accommodation. Clean, comfortable, more than comfortable. Susie was more than hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and well orchestrated. Loved it all round
Standing alone in the absolute dark out back in the smoking shelter. But that's what you come to expect as a smoker i suppose.
Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast, very central for Eden project. Room was nice and clean we had en suite facilities which were nice and clean, bed linen was lovely, all in all a very nice experience
It is on a busy main road which did start to be noisy from 7.00am, also parking is generous but if there are some bigger vehicles it can get a little tight if like us you come back late from a concert we did get in, but we were driving small car and could tuck in
Susie and the team couldn't be more friendly and helpful they wanted to make our stay a success. Breakfast was outstanding, hot plates, crisp bacon, freshly cut fruit and fresh coffee, lasted us all day. Wonderful Welcome Folder with anything we needed to know about the local area and facilities. Well done Susie, you really are the best :-)
Can't think of a single thing.
Great hospitality and friendly atmosphere
Pretty much everything except...
... winter duvets
all the staff are friendly and it's close to all you need. Wonderful place will visit again
nothing - everything is first class ...
- Very welcoming hosts - Free and ample parking - Free wi-fi - Super location - Good value
- This place met all my expectations
Normally when staying in a family room, its just a couple of extra beds squeezed into a double room, but this has the bathroom separating the double beds and bunk beds. So when the kids went to bed we weren't disturbing them with the TV/talking etc.
Nothing, Susie was lovely, very accommodating and even found the kids some ice creams ;)
Susie was most attentive and did all she could to make us feel at home. Other members of staff were friendly and helpful.
There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom - a cabinet between the basin and shower is necessary. A second bedside table would have been of use so that drinks could be safely placed off the floor and a light would have made reading in bed easier.
What can i say everything about this place was good, Suzie was wonderful and so friendly. We have a lovely room, Plenty of space and very clean and tidy. There's a MacDonals and KFC across the road, For breakfast Suzie makes a wonderful full english but had plenty of other options as well.
Nothing about the hotel itself, the traffic can be very noisy when the window is open, however when you close it cannot hear it all. This obviously is out of the hotels control.
