For our value for money it was very fair and the facilities were reasonable, i.e the beds and wardrobe Space for the toilet and shower were very small, especially for tall people. Some areas could have done with patching up such as the plaster. |

very comfy bed, very nice breakfast (apart from the coffee) room was warm (possibly too warm) great view from bedroom. great position (short walk to town) room a bit cramped (esp the bathroom), coffee at breakfast almost undrinkable, 1st immpresion of hotel not good, reception not manned was greeted by maintanance man in paint-splattered overalls, had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to arrive then shown to an un-prepared room (bed stripped & dity bed linen & towels on the floor) replacement room had better view though. |

Friendly staff Poor housekeeping, our beds were not made up and the room was not cleaned after the first night. Very small room, and too narrow and many stairs, fire trap. Few parking spaces. Loud music in the lounge in the evening. Very depressing dining room. |

No pressure to leave your room at a certain time - freedom to come and go. Clean and tidy room. Plenty of tea making facilities. Lack of signage regarding dining room and lack of staff to ask. Seem to run the hotel on skeleton basis but I did only stay for a weekend. |

The breakfast was good and staff happy to supply more toast when asked. The cleanliness of crockery in the dining room could be improved |

We were very pleased with the location of this hotel as it was 5 minutes walk from the town centre and allowed us to come and go at anytime day or night!!!! The breakfast included was of a very good standard. We would definately go back there on our next trip to Newquay. |

Value for money. Good breakfasts.Staff friendly Arrived at 9.30pm. No one on reception, message on door to ring doorbell or call a mobile number-no reply to either!! Waited outside for 10 mins before a resident coming back in-let me in. Hotel did apologise. |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view is great. I did not find the manager very helpful, he did not even say thanks when we left. The room was too small and the bathroom was tiny, for two people sharing it was not big enough, I think the room we had was really a single room. The doors were banging until the early hours and lots of people talking which seemed to be right outside our room. |

Breakfast Shower pressure was almost non existent. Water just dripped out. No toiletries (not even soap). £80 a night for room - far too expensive. |

The staff were friendly, the food was good, views from the bedroom across Newquay were pleasant. The car parking was restricted to 4 cars, your information stated 1 single, 1 twin & 1 double room only available, when we arrived the hotel had 6 people in it. We had booked a twin room, we got a single room with 2 beds, the shower/toilet unit was so small that the wc was facing the shower tray with about 200mm space between them, the extract fan did not work so any smells drifted back into the bedroom. We were charged an additional 3% for using our debit card to pay for the room which annoyed me. |

Friendly reception, good position in town, close to facilities. Lots of information available, good English breakfast. Steep stairs, hard to climb with suitcases. Room doors slam. |

I have stayed at the trevone hotel many times. I have always been welcomed in the warmest way, I think the manager and bar man work very hard and it is to their credit that they have so many satisfied and returning customers |
