spa facilities on the morning we left we came down to breakfast at 9.40 and seated,the first waitress brought us the menu, withinin 30 seconds the second waitress asked what we required, when we told her we had just seen the menu and were promptly told to hurry up as service closed at 10 oclock this upset my wife so much that she did not have breakfast , several guests came in after us and nothing was said . |

The spa facilities and the location. Room was very hot at night (not enough ventilation). Ate in the Clocktower wine bar main course quite good but dessert very bland. Meal overpiced for what it comprised of. |

Fantastic staff and lovely facilities! Kids could only use swimming pool if over the age of 6 (possibly understandable for insurance or something like that) and at quite inconvenient times ref one hour during breakfast or one hour in mid afternoon when chances are you want to be out anyway! |

The food was exxcellent and the staff were pleasent. Overall the room was OK. However the shower was over the bath and the glass did not close properly and flooded the floor. The toilet could have been cleaner than it was. |

quiet internet not working and breakfast poor. Room needed a good clean particularly areas difficult to access. |
