Tre-Ysgawen Hall is a beautiful place, the staff are always lovely and attentive, we go there every year now, as we have just fallen in love with the place. The prices are excellent value for money, and the food is absolutely top quality, they put alot of thought into their menu, and everything is fresh local produce cooked to the highest standard. The spa facilities are very clean and well thought out, everything you would want for a truely indulgent stay. They really do go the extra mile and further...

If your stay is to just relax in lovely quiet surroundings, Tre Ysgawen is the place. The spa is designed to spend all day in if needed, comfortable and clean. All the staff had a smile for you and were very accommodating. The menu's in both bar and restaraunt seemed limited for the what you might expect but what arrived on the plate was more than excellent. Our room was clean, tidy, the bed lovely and comfortableand the bathroom spotless. Being about four to five miles outside the nearest town you do need to plan your days but if your stay is just to chill, Brill.

It's hard to start! What a marvelous surprise when on arrived there. The staff were so friendly from the first second and this was how things were throughout the whole visit. The atmosphere was excellent - the hall had retained the warmth and luxury of a country house. This unfortunately only a one day visit - we'll be there again, but for a longer period next time. The Hall is so well placed for all that's so interesting in that part of Anglesey.

Nice comfortable room, very helpfull staff.Beatifull grounds and setting.Good breakfast choice, however the cooked breakfast served on a very hot plate was cold. Asked at reception what the difference was between delux and superior delux rooms and were told there is no superior/delux choice and that Booking.com have been informed by Tre- ysgawen that there are no superior delux rooms. Don't be missled by this option when booking.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. My room was cold but my radiator didn't work, presumably because the heating was off over the entire hotel. It's August, so perhaps they expect it to be warm, but it's the middle of a cold, rainy and foggy August and I felt they should have taken this into account.

Friendly, relaxing (in bucket fulls) and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer. The food in the Clocktower was topnosh, compliments to the chef, I would recommend the steak and the Guiness was as good as Ireland'S. The grounds were lovely for a relaxing walk. If the weather had been worse we would have spent some time in the spa too, unfortunately the sun came out so can't comment on those facilities. Only a comment but we thought that it was very quiet at breakfast time, a little music would have relaxed the atmosphere. Oh and there was a massive cobweb (cmplete with spider) in the corner of the Clocktower restaurant - say hello if he's still there when you visit.

The Spa was lovely, very clean with everything working correctly. The lounge was a great place to meet before evening meal. The bedroom was super, very large with many amenities. I thought the entrance was a bit shabby with a cheap looking red carpet and tatty paintwork. Also the building is very dark and no lights were on in the hallway making it very depressing. I was with my elderly father and he struggled to see his way about. Our bedroom windows were filthy with bird poo all over them.
