The apartment was tidy and clean, the bathroom new and the kitchen had a good choice of pans and pots.
We weren't informed that it was necessary to go to Central Hotel Cheltenham to collect the key of the apartment. The staff didn't pick up the phone for a long time, so it took almost 2 hours to get into the apartment.
Value for money, modern, neat and clean apartment, plenty of space for two people, staff were helpful when we picked up the keys, central location. Would definitely stay again, thank you.
Washing machine didn't work, wifi reception was poor, door handle on bathroom had come out not much parking - we had to pay for parking for one of the nights we stayed
I was moved to different apartment this time, didn't really like the location, house was really noisy, dirty, apartment was ok, clean, but definitely need reconstruction
Poor sound proof Wifi does not work
As a group all in the one place Comfy enough night sleep Quiet neighbours Central to great eats and bars all in stumbling distance.
No indication in flat how to join wi-fi Flat was a wee bit pokey.. If parking in car park opposite it's expensive and complicated as 10hrs max.
Wifi not working properly. Sofa bed not good, poor quality sleep on that. Very limited parking.
Was in slum-like back alley Front door had been kicked in Sleazy men blocking entrance drinking and smoking Noisy at night - felt very unsafe DId not stay second booked night Refund not provided Floor vibrated when washing machine on Actually whole building vibrated
Facilities and location.
Picking up the key from a different location, poor instructions on how to find, and then get into, the complex.
Parking not available on site, but a local car park is free 8pm-8am, 8pm-10am Sunday.
Location , cleanliness . Overall is was good value for money
price - was purchased at a reduced rate location - very very close to town centre cleanliness - could not fault functional - had everything we needed Issues dealt with by staff quickly and in a friendly and professional manner (room set up as twin but had requested a double)
Furniture looked good but was not very comfortable. Having said that, the bed was OK and that is probably for most the more important information. If I was staying for more than one night I would have appreciated a comfier sofa but in general we felt that what we experienced was reflected in the price we paid. The first room we were put in had the bedroom on street level and instead of curtains the very very large floor to ceiling window had vertical blinds - the privacy of this room could have been improved with curtains. This room had been set as a twin and we had requested a double. We rang through to the central hotel reception and they happily moved us to a new apartment which was larger as there was a second bedroom although the living area was smaller (we were only stopping for a night so this really didn't matter for us).
sense of family
the manager's office is difficult to find, although it is not far from our room.
Location and price (value for money)
Flat's futnitures were old and over used which really needs to be changed. Flats in the upper floors are without lift so you need to climb up the stairs. No parking availablr wich was annoying!
Double beds despite requesting single beds both by telephone and email. Adult males having to share double beds is totally unacceptable especially when paying heavily inflated festival rates. One of the showers did not work. General state of repair of the apartment needs attention.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and we weren't provided with any linen for it.
Very comfortable accomodation. Lends itself for family use. It was fresh and clean.
The information given on booking did not indicate the actual location of the hotel reception. The address on booking form was niether the location of the appartment nor the hotel reception,. if one is to arrive late at night this confusion could cause great anxiety.
I liked the furnishings and modern layout. Facilities are great and it looks just as good as the picture illustrated on web site
Difficult to find. Should have more information about where to go when you arrived. There was no information telling you where the office was to collect keys
Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff in hotel reception, easy access to parking and decent restaurants and pubs nearby.
Hard to think of a negative.
Very nice location and flat
Everything is so nice, but the Beds need attention.
So well located and apartments themselves are perfectly adequate. I hired two apartments for a group of friends which were equally nice and well set out.
There were a few quick repairs that had clearly been done to the apartments which let the standard down a bit but not to the point it was a bad experience. There was also a discrepancy between what kitchen accessories were provided between the two apartments. For example, one had a tin opener and one didn't and one had a freezer and the other didn't etc
The apartment was spacious and decently appointed for a one night stay.
Check in was at another location not communicated to us making a very poor first appearance. Lighting outside the apartment was non-existent and made us uncomfortable. Shower water was only warm not hot. That said it was a good stay.
An apartment was excellent and very nice. strong recommend
Nicely appointed apartment close to the centre of town yet tucked away in a quiet location. Very good value and an ideal base for exploring Cheltenham.
Location and facilities.have stayed before and came back.
broken tile on bathroom floor, broken towel rail.Double bed when twin beds requested, also third person found it difficult to sleep with boiler firing through the night. this flat was not as nice as last time
