The staff were brilliant
The bed was too hard for my injured back, but then again only memory foam mattresses allow me to sleep without pain so not their fault!
Friendly staff, close to all amenities, parking a great bonus, easy to walk to shops, theatre, beach ect.,
Maybe the view when new building up & finished opposite. But do not think this would stop us from visiting again.
Stay was very nice. Location was amazing and the staff were very friendly.
The rooms could do with an update as the felt very old fashioned. All the floor boards creaked so we could hear noise from above.
The location is excellent, though situated on a hill, it is only a few minutes walk away from Bournemouth Pier, the beach and the town centre. The breakfast served sets you up for the day with lots of space and window views.
I stayed in the lodge accommodation - single room. The sound proofing was not good. However, that said this inconvenience is reflected in the value deal. Take ear plugs and all will be well.
all the staff and suroundings
The linen, bathroom and bedroom itself was very clean and comfortable.
There was a charity function hapoening the night we stayed and the other guests were not very quiet. The lift was in use most of the night.
Breakfast was nice and the leisure facilities too.
The bathroom was ok but the water took ages to fill the bath and wasn't very hot. Mattress way too soft !
A good hotel for the money. The staff were professional and attentive. the room was comfortable and the function well run.
The wifi was intermittent and the aged lift will soon need replacing.
Excellent breakfast and really friendly waiting staff
People arriving at 3am, was woken but got back to sleep.
Location was good, albeit up a very steep hill which some might find a struggle. Was close to beach, shops, and restaurants. A warm welcome, and most staff were friendly. Event staff to be congratulated for being extremely helpful throughout the day. Band were great too.
Room was small but functional. Shower pressure very poor, and tap water is not suitable to drink. Radiator control not working. Bar left unattended frequently, so expect long waits. Be aware, some rooms are located away from main hotel.
the staff were very polite and helpful despite working long hours
everything was fine
The location of this hotel is as good as you will get in Bournemouth.
This hotel is in dire need of some refurbishment,it's very 1970's
Close to international centre
I stayed overnight with a friend as we were going to the BIC. A few minutes walk from the BIC, the pier, beach and shops. The room was extremely clean, quiet and beds really comfy. The car park spacious. We paid extra when there to have breakfast, it was fabulous and amazing value. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel or using it again. I think we had room 218 which was a twin overlooking the car park and sea in the distance. First class. Well done!!
Excellent staff very accomodating, very convenient for town and bic
I travelled to Bournemouth to see x factor tour with my 2 daughters. The Hotel was ideal for us as it is very close to BIC CENTRE and also the shops. The Hotel was lovely and we made good use of all the leisure facilities on offer.
Lovely comftable spacious room and great staff. Enjoyed our stay very much perfect location. Breakfast In the morning was lovely.
Lovely Clean & Comfortable Room Lovely Hotel
Location and free parking.
Rooms need updating. The one we stayed in smelt very musty and damp, heating difficult to control. Lift could do with an upgrade.
Good location to save going up the hill !
Just feels like It has seen better days. E.g towels were a whitish grey and little pile on them
It was a wonderful room and had good quality breakfast facilities. The staff were friendly and courteous, and I would definitely come back again.
Stairs were quite creaky and could be heard from within our room. Also was up a hill which was a bit tough for my fiancee who has walking difficulties - better advertisement of that might be nice.
Location is great easy access to Bournemouth make it a great base to explore the area and you don't need the car. Free car park and wifi make for a good experience
Floorboards are noisy, we had people above who decided 2.30am was a good time to return and walk about making a bit of a disturbed night, but this type of hotel will have these type of issues.
The thought that I only had to stay for 2 nights
The weekend waiting staff in the restaurant were rude, in professional and very unfriendly. Food was like a school canteen and all meals were very rushed and as if they were on a production live. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms very tired looking and in need of a revamp. Lovely size bathroom, however, no proper shower was installed. Very
beautiful hotel we stayed here for valentines day was greeted very professional free parking massive room with beautiful on suite two mins walking distance from the restraunt we booked and lovely local bars . we used the lesuire facility's which were all clean and tidy . definitely staying here again ..
