Plenty of car parking, speedy check in/out. Room /hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast opening was late and the young lady behind the buffet breakfast counter told my partner to 'go away' as they weren't ready which was very rude. Breakfast itself wasn't perticulary hot, warm at best, even with the delay. Only stayed for a night which will be the only night we'll be staying there. Certain memebers of staff need to be taught some manners.!

Great location. Indoor swimming pool open 13 hours a day. Free wi-fi. Free car park. Friendly staff. A lot of noise coming from the next room. I called reception and they told me they couldn't do anything. And that noise last for all the whole night! It's old and need a refurbishment. The lift is the oldest one I have ever seen. Anyway, I think I would repeat.

Walls very thin, hotels website says it doesn't take single sex group bookings and this is not the case as there was at least one large group of males who were making noise until 4 am. Reception staff overnight not very helpful, I developed diarrhoea after missing the small sign in the bathroom that said tap water not for drinking and when called reception during night to request more toilet rolls I was told to go downstairs to the ladies toilet and take them from there.

The staff were very friendly and attended to all our needs. They really appeared to care. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The floorboards in our room were a bit 'creaky' but that was the only criticism. The food was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again one day. We were lucky to have a quiet room at the back of the hotel because the front is rather noisy with constant traffic going by. Apart from that there is not much to dislike.

The breakfast was too poor, and we didnt like the fact that they had to put us in our plates. Moreover, the lift is too old, should be newer for those days.

The location Got stuck in the lift and having been let out by a member of staff there was no apology, directions to the stairs smile or anything.... Just silence then he walked away. Housekeeping walked into the room unannounced. There was no internal lock on the door. Breakfast adequate but not good.

Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location for town and beaches. Double glazed windows cut out all the traffic noise from the main road. Very old building with incredibly squeaky boards. People upstairs must have got up at least 3 times each during the night and got up very early in the morning so we didn't get much sleep.

Seemed quite a friendly hotel. We became stuck in the lift but not for long. Our relations were stuck in it the day before so suggest it is repaired sooner rather than later. Swimming pool quite nice but changing facilities very sparse. Quite tired and the bed was really uncomfortable I did not sleep at all. Very noisy even with double glazing so difficult to complain about that. Parking very tightand low walls not painted thus catching bumpers and scraping cars happened. Do hope this helps.

Good sized room for a single, spacious bathroom and a small double bed. Much nicer than a lot of single rooms I have stayed in in other hotels.

The staff at reception were helpful and my room was clean and comfortable * The diningroom service was poor and clean tablecloths had been used to cover dirty ones beneath. * Very few of the diningroom staff could understand English

Excellent location handy for bic, parks and town centre. 3 star rating richly deserved. Food and drinks very well priced and of good quality. Staff generally very helpful and friendly. Pool facility looked excellent on hotel monitors but did not have time to use facilities. Overall good value but brochure prices a little ott for the accomodation standard offered, Recommendation but with reservations Initial room allocated was claustrophobic and one fell over the television as one entered the room. Upgraded at extra cost to a suite which was light and airy, "Comfy" chairs in suite were not and relaxing in them difficult. Long way from car park to room. Lifts small and had manually operated external doors. Floor boards creaked. Room located on side of hotel so noisy night time revellers on streets outside hotel were a bit of nuisance. Not the hotel's fault.
