Contemporary,spacious, clean and convenient. Very noisy plumbing. Noisy from neighbouring rooms.

The barman was very good and the guy that got our bags for us. Hotel was clean and we go a later check out. The fact that at the end of our stay we paid our bill as we had charged some drink etc to our room. Then today you have sent an email to say that you 'forgot' to charge us for some things and have automatically taken £21.00 from my card which I am annoyed about as there was 3 of us so now I have ended up paying for my friends drinks etc!

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom facilities very clean and tidy would definately stay there again. Towels were a bit old, rough and in need of replacing.

Staff were helpful and accommodating-allowed an hour later check-out. 10:30am check out would have been far too early otherwise for a weekend break, especially for a big hotel, rather than a B&B All rooms are suitable for disabled people so we had to open a pen to get to the shower. I think breakfast could have been included in the price in comparison to nearby hotel prices
