La ubicación es excelente, al igual que la comunicación por transporte público El primer día la habitación olía a vómito (literal), además la ducha era muy estrecha (no el baño) |

Su situación proximo a Hyde Park y su proximidad a Bus y metro así como su tamaño pequeño, que lo hace más familiar. En recepción nos orientaron y ayudaron muy bién sobre las visitas que deseábamos realizar en Londres y alrededores. |

Su ubicación excelente, en la zona 1 del metro y tiene 2 estaciones a menos de 5 minutos. Pocos canales de televisión. Desayuno un poco escaso, podrían poner algo de "ham" y crema de cacao. |

cercania del metro teniamos reservado una habitacion doble de luxe, y desde luego faltaban varios detalles ejemplo albornoz, equido planchado ,secador de pelo y el servicio de hotel no hizo nada por entregarnos |

The hotel is great value for money. The location is superb, we had a really huge room with a big bathroom. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. |

When we arrived the receptionist was very efficient, abd we went staight to our room. The room was a lovely size and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly suprised with the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast was simple, but fresh. The location was great, just off the main Bayswater Road, so was quite central but not noisy. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to City attractions. I realise that London was going through a heatwave at the time of my stay but the rooms were unbearably hot - my friends' room even more so. |

Everything was fine,the price of the room was excellent.I've stayed in far worse hotels in London for this price.The rooms were really nicely decorated. I picked this hotel for the closeness of it to the tube,central line which would have taken us straight to Liverpool Sreet station. The rooms were very warm and no aircondition. |

The hotel was small and friendly in a very convenient, nice residential location and was very clean and quiet. Facilities were basic but quite adequate for a short stay. The floors creaked and you could hear people walking about upstairs and the bathroom was very small with no bath just a shower cubicle. |

cleanliness and tidiness of the room, liked the flat TV, fairly good breakfast, relatively quite and peaceful location, but within 2 minutes walk from tube (Central line) and nearby pubs, bars, restaurants, shops; in front of Hyde Park and near the LondonTour bus stop. Really fantastic location!!! if anything, the cracking of the floor from the room above, the pillows a bit uncomfortable and the toilet which was a bit tiny |

Hotel was very noisy (piano music, opera and choir practise could be heard from the next door!!!!!!!!). Also the room was extremely cold, and it was stated in the hotelbook in the room, that in this case to contact the reception, which I did, but the room remained cold the entire week I stayed there. |

Location of the hotel Although i have reserved a deluxe room and not a standard, but the receptionist during my check in, informed me that Booking.com have made a mistake and that there is no standard rooms in the hotel, only deluxe and superior, so he gave me the lowest standard of rooms in the hotel although i am paying for higher std.There were no internet in my floor although i have chosen the hotel for such reason |
