Strada molto tranquilla, vicino a 2 fermate di metro (Circle/District e Central), buona posizione per visitare la città. Mobilio della stanza nuovo e del bagno nuovi. Il personale non brilla per simpatia o gentilezza. La camera singola é piccola, ma per lo standard di Londra direi che siamo nella media. |

sono stato due volte in questo hotel una volta ho avuto una camera più spaziosa l'altra volta più piccola. il bagno è sempre stato piccolo.la colazione non è il massimo.la pulizia mi sembra buona |

La posizione, vicina alle metrò ed a una strada ricca di ristoranti Comfort scadente in quanto i materassi erano usurati; Rumorosità della stanza in quanto l'aspiratore del bagno si attivava alle ore23,00 e rimaneva acceso per tutta la notte!! Scortesia del personale perchè quando esponemmo il problema al portiere ci disse che il problema eravamo noi! Porta del bagno che si non si chiudeva(bagno cieco);Colazione scadente, non certo al buffet |

l'hotel sembra rimodernato, camere abbastanza grandi, carine e confortevoli, bagno piccolo ma funzionale e pulito. Ottima vicinanza alla metro. colazione forse un pochino migliorabile. |

The hotel is great value for money. The location is superb, we had a really huge room with a big bathroom. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. |

When we arrived the receptionist was very efficient, abd we went staight to our room. The room was a lovely size and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly suprised with the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast was simple, but fresh. The location was great, just off the main Bayswater Road, so was quite central but not noisy. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to City attractions. I realise that London was going through a heatwave at the time of my stay but the rooms were unbearably hot - my friends' room even more so. |

Everything was fine,the price of the room was excellent.I've stayed in far worse hotels in London for this price.The rooms were really nicely decorated. I picked this hotel for the closeness of it to the tube,central line which would have taken us straight to Liverpool Sreet station. The rooms were very warm and no aircondition. |

The hotel was small and friendly in a very convenient, nice residential location and was very clean and quiet. Facilities were basic but quite adequate for a short stay. The floors creaked and you could hear people walking about upstairs and the bathroom was very small with no bath just a shower cubicle. |

cleanliness and tidiness of the room, liked the flat TV, fairly good breakfast, relatively quite and peaceful location, but within 2 minutes walk from tube (Central line) and nearby pubs, bars, restaurants, shops; in front of Hyde Park and near the LondonTour bus stop. Really fantastic location!!! if anything, the cracking of the floor from the room above, the pillows a bit uncomfortable and the toilet which was a bit tiny |

Hotel was very noisy (piano music, opera and choir practise could be heard from the next door!!!!!!!!). Also the room was extremely cold, and it was stated in the hotelbook in the room, that in this case to contact the reception, which I did, but the room remained cold the entire week I stayed there. |
