Centraal gelegen. Propere kamers. Goede prijs. Heel slecht bed, versleten matras. Ontbijten was sommige dagen niet mogelijk o.w.v. te weinig ruimte. |

Locatie, mensen vriendelijk en behulpzaam, eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt. Vitrages kapot, douchestang niet vast in de muur. Niet altijd volledig aantal handdoeken (kleine) beschikbaar. |

Het hotel maakte een erg schone en nieuwe indruk en steekt daarmee duidelijk positief af tegen veel andere hotels in de UK. Fijne locatie, in een rustige straat vlakbij Hyde park. Goede metroverbindingen. Ontbreken van airco - het was erg heet in de kamer (buitentemperatuur was overdag ca. 21 graden C). |

Everything was fine,the price of the room was excellent.I've stayed in far worse hotels in London for this price.The rooms were really nicely decorated. I picked this hotel for the closeness of it to the tube,central line which would have taken us straight to Liverpool Sreet station. The rooms were very warm and no aircondition. |

The hotel was small and friendly in a very convenient, nice residential location and was very clean and quiet. Facilities were basic but quite adequate for a short stay. The floors creaked and you could hear people walking about upstairs and the bathroom was very small with no bath just a shower cubicle. |

It is located in the city near the subway and many good restaurants. It was very quiet in the room thought it was located at the street.Very Good Nothing to complaine about! |

cleanliness and tidiness of the room, liked the flat TV, fairly good breakfast, relatively quite and peaceful location, but within 2 minutes walk from tube (Central line) and nearby pubs, bars, restaurants, shops; in front of Hyde Park and near the LondonTour bus stop. Really fantastic location!!! if anything, the cracking of the floor from the room above, the pillows a bit uncomfortable and the toilet which was a bit tiny |

great location booking.com stated it was an excutive room however it was smaller than a normal hotel room (couldn't swing the cat). |

Hotel was very noisy (piano music, opera and choir practise could be heard from the next door!!!!!!!!). Also the room was extremely cold, and it was stated in the hotelbook in the room, that in this case to contact the reception, which I did, but the room remained cold the entire week I stayed there. |

Location of the hotel Although i have reserved a deluxe room and not a standard, but the receptionist during my check in, informed me that Booking.com have made a mistake and that there is no standard rooms in the hotel, only deluxe and superior, so he gave me the lowest standard of rooms in the hotel although i am paying for higher std.There were no internet in my floor although i have chosen the hotel for such reason |

The place : near to an underground station The hotel blocked the whole price on my account, in 2 steps "autorization " - after the sucsessful 1. blocking (1 night price) made the 2. (2 nights price) - I have paid cash - and the blocking is still active. |

Good team of cleaning ladies. The room was very clean. Option to make coffee/tea in the room. Small fridge to store your own food/drink. The small safe in the room, so I could leave my valuable objects in the hotel. Unlike some others in the reviews I had a good mattress. Good location near to the well-known touristic sites. The staff. 3 out of 4 employees I saw behind the desk lacked natural friendliness/ were quite indifferent: never a smile, no open approach,etc. I recommend videotraining for staff! The one behind the desk at tuesday 21 october(daytime) was a positive exception. Wi-fi system in room had weak signal-->extremely slow internet. Very narrow room.No possibility to hang towels other than over the chair |

Friendly and helpful reception staff One think ruined my stay here and that was an extremely uncomfortable bed - the springs could be felt through the mattress, which was obviously very poor quality or very old. |

Really over-priced for what you get.....they say there's wireless internet in all hotel - including rooms - this may be true but it doesn't work in all rooms......when I told hotel stay that I couldn't get connection in my room I was told there was something wrong with my computer - but I was able to get internet connection through my computer in the lobby!!! So nothing wrong with my computer !! |
