Set in 140 acres of parkland, 5 minutes’ drive from the M5 and M50 motorways, the 4-star Hilton Puckrup Hall Hotel boasts its own 18-hole championship golf course and spa.

The beautiful, half-timbered Bell is across the street from Tewkesbury Abbey. It has a friendly bar and restaurant and cosy en suite bedrooms, some offering views of the Abbey.
Score from 342 reviews Good
The Abbey is an AA rated 4-star hotel, situated at the foot of the Malvern Hills in the Worcester countryside and is convenient for many attractions.
Score from 556 reviews Very good
Good location, parking, good size room, good looking building.
Front door closes by 10pm!
everything except .walking space in bedroom
The bedroom furniture while suiting the hotel, was bulky and restricted space in the room...very easy to walk in to corners.
The hotel was superbly located for Tewkesbury and with many original features was a real difference to many identikit hotels in the area
The bathroom and tea making facilities were a little dated and I wasn't sure if the imbedded bedside radio was charming or antiquated.
Friendliness,Food and comfort
Small window overlooking passage.insufficient room under tap to fill kettle.Loose loo seat. Not suitable for non disabled couple.
We like the location, the friendly and helpful staff and the food.
Quaint Tudor building with a very tasty breakfast. We stayed to see the panti mime at the nearby Roses Theatre which was only a few minutes walk away.
We were in a room at the back of the hotel that you had to go outside to reach, the carpet was stained and dirty especially around the door from people's shoes. Very obvious on the beige carpet. It was very cold on the night we stayed and there was quite a draft coming through the door too.
i liked the excellent food the staff could not do enough for you, i was there as part of a larger party and the bar staff were excellent.
Character, centre of town location, river views from room, good breakfast menu, extremely polite and helpful staff, upgraded to bridal suite with 4-poster bed and lovely outlook
TV didn't work (didn't report this as it was late at night and staff were busy in bars), would have liked teapots on breakfast table rather than having to refill very small cups from central urn, some difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi, the limited parking could be a problem in busier times although perfectly adequate out of season
The hotel was lovely and the staff was very nice, best nights sleep in a long time the bed was so comfortable !!!!
The location is excellent right in the middle of town. Room was very comfortable if in need of some better cleaning, carpets needed vacuuming and there were several old cobwebs hanging around. This did not put us off but would have made the stay that much better. Food was excellent and great variety. Staff were friendly and helpful overall apart from a couple of things a very nice stay.
Breakfast room tables had plastic tablecloths, which are very practical, But again needed a good clean, the embossed pattern on them had dirt in the pattern, a good wash would have solved this.
We stayed in room one. It was extremely spacious with a nice view of the river. It had a large & very comfortable four poster bed. The room had a large bathroom with a spa bath and above average sized shower. Every thing was very clean and comfortable. The meals we had were also tasty and good value for money. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great stay, would return and highly recommend.
cosy atmosphere friendly staff private parking nearby
bathroom and sleeping room to small
Friendly staff, very good food
staff very really good food was very good
very small - room 19 at nighttime it becomes a pub with rooms (i.e. front door locked up)
not good wheel chair acsess poor parking for disabled
Beautiful Tudor building, lovely room with beams, full of character, helpful friendly staff, excellent breakfast, fantastic location, thoroughly recommended.
Nothing, everything was perfect!
Quirky old world charm
Whole ambience of the place Welcoming and attentive staff
Nothing not to like
Very comfy bed.Good sized room.
State of the shower tray especially was very grubby and in need of a very thorough clean. The piping on the chair was hanging off, staples could cause problems, reported to staff, should have been replaced promptly. Lack of teapots at breakfast time.
Good location.4 poster room good size but in modern annexe.
Very tight access to car park with no accessible parking bays.
Friendly and helful staff, good quality beer, good bar food.
The fact I was allowed access to the room prior to the normal check in time as I had to get ready for a funeral.
Room dire. Prison cell barely 2.25m wide, had to sit on bed to watch wall mounted TV. Frightful decor, worn carpet, single glazed window, no telephone, no information, stains on ceiling, stains on dressing table stool, marks on walls, no counterpane, breakfast service ended 9 am. Letters written to management, no reply two days later. Enough said.
No where apart from the pub to have tea in hotel if u didn't want it in your room!
