We have never stayed at a b/b before, so we were wondering just what it would be like, we were most impressed with the friendliness, decor, and kindness of the host and hostess, nothing was too much trouble, the hostess gave us lots of information about the area, the breakfast were excellent, and evening meal (cooked by the host) was lovely, good honest food, and plenty of it. The room and en-suite we had, was beautifully decorated and appointed, just a delight. We felt very at home,in the public rooms, loads of seating warm log fires and tray of tea or coffee and home-made cakes when we arrived, lots of books, information about the area, games and magazines, if needed, and lovely views, we will be going again, as others staying there(who had stayed many times) said it was like being at home with friends Nothing at all, we felt we had found a treasure

I found Tudor House to be a quaint and rather relaxing cottage with beautiful scenery in every direction. The room we stayed in was airy with all the extras. the en suite was compact but the fantastic shower mad up for it. Breakfast was just divine, fresh fruits, cereals and a huge fry to follow. Our hosts Bob and Sheila were so kind and friendly and made us feel like we were at home. We will return.

Excellent stay at the Tudor House. Hosts are working very hard to satisfy clients/customers. Themed rooms in converted Station Housing/Platform. Food plentiful and very good quality. Evening menu all cooked per order from locally sourced suppliers. An out of town base to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Thoroughly recommended - make a long weekend out of it - I am sure you will not regret it. We hope to return - with some drier weather next time - Thanks....

Bob & Sheila were wonderful hosts and provided delicious food. We would thoroughly recommend the optional evening meal. We did find the family room too small for 2 adults and 2 children ( 7 and 10 years respectively ) especially the en-suite facilities.

Absolutely everything you could possibly want was provided. Wonderful historic building. Friendly couple. Excellent hospitality. Lots of books on things of interest in the area, which were generously loaned. Breakfast outstanding - local produce beautifully cooked. We will certainly return if visiting the area. My parents loved it too. I would recommend that they provide visitors with brighter bedside lights by which they can read.

The welcome was really friendly. We were met at the door, shown around the breakfast room & lounge, then taken to our room where all facilities were shown. There are tea & coffee making facilities in the room but we were offered a tray too. As we had arrived relatively late & were not eating there Sheila told us a few places to eat in the area. Fantastic breakfast in the morning, nothing was too much trouble.

Tudor House is the former station at Bell Busk. It is full of character and original features. The main Leeds to Carlisle railway line is just outside...but the trains no longer stop there. The hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Being greeted with a big pot of tea and several pieces of cake was only the beginning of a super weekend break!

The B&B was full of charm - a converted railway station. The owners were friendly and helpful, concerned for our well-being and comfort and always thinking of ways to improve their service. An amazing breakfast with top quality local products provided a splendid start to the day. Excellent welcome tray with various sorts of teas. Altogether a welcoming and friendly place. Only one point: the bed was too soft and the bedding too warm. Every movement of one partner was felt by the other, and we were both much too warm in the night

Sheila & bob were very welcoming. They showed us around the place straight away, and basically let us feel very "at home" within minutes of our arrival. The room we stayed in was ideal. It was like a bedroom away from home. Very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant. Cereal, fruit juices, full english, toast coffee and tea. Sheila & Bob were also very helpful with their local knowledge. Overall, we had a superb weekend, and will definitely be going back. This time hopefully we can take some friends with us aswell. Highly recommended.

The owners were really friendly and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They were also very supportive of other businesses in the area with a large booklet of places to visit and eat all within a few miles of the house. The rooms were small but the layout had been well thought out.
