All the facilities were of a very high standard.

We would have liked a firmer Bed but we thought the room was great.

Lovely countryside surrounds. Hotel was immaculate. Excellent service and very friendly welcome. The food was superb and I would certainly recommend the place to anyone wanting to have a good quality break in the dales.

We were made to feel very welcome immediately. Very friendly relaxed stay. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable; breakfast was a hearty meal to start the day; nothing was too much trouble for us. Many thanks for a lovely stay and a good opportunity to recharge our batteries. We will definitley want to return!

Sheila greeted us with a fantastic cup of tea and home made cakes, room was spacious and en-suite huge and very modern. We had booked our evening meal and the food was delicious, Bob is a great cook. We couldn't have asked for a friendly place to stay and we will be returning asap.

Tudor House is lovely, the hosts are so welcoming, we had tea and cake on arrival. They were so helpful in making our trip enjoyable.

Wonderful staff, clean and modern rooms. Hot showers with high tech design. Lots of nice little touches like tea varieties and ginger cookies in the rooms. Delightful location for a romantic getaway. We did our anniversary there in October and delighted in the trees and scenery as we hiked around the Dales straight from the front door of the inn. We loved our stay so much that we bought a free night stay as a gift for our friends who were watching our child.

Run by Sheila and Bob, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent rooms, ours was immaculate modern bathroom and facilities, all spotlessly clean. Next to railway line (it is a converted railway station) but not a problem as infrequent trains. Lovely food (book evening meal in advance), personal service. Better than most hotels we have stayed in!

Wonderfully friendly, excellent breakfast, lots of facilities eg honesty bar, maps & books and large, cosy sitting room with wood burner. Converted station with lots of railway theming & memorabilia. Highly recommended & very good value.

We chose Tudor House after reading the reviews and we wasn't disappointed. Shiela and Bob were both very nice, friendly and welcoming and left us wanting for nothing. The best breakfast anywhere; very friendly reception; high quality workmanship and imaginative restoration; very comfortable.

The breakfasts offered were simply outstanding, local produce freshly cooked and a good selection. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The customer service offered is also really excellent.

I was woken at 3am by a passing freight train but the beds are so comfortable I was asleep again within seconds.

The owners Bob and Sheila were very friendly and helpfull with their local knowledge. All the rooms were were comfortable and homely . It was an interesting place to stay nicely off the beaten track . The breakfasts were wonderful, We will go again when we can.

What a pleasant surprise, both Bob and Sheila have wonderful customer care skills. Well done, I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment, Oh! and watching the Kingfisher feeding was super.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owners. Gorgeous room in a lovely setting. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Nice touches including hot chocolate and bottled water in the room, plus an honesty bar in the lounge.
