Wonderful,
Score from 45 reviews
“ We were made very welcome by Adrian and Janet after a long flight. The room was very clean and comfortable. The guest lounge room was made available to us and was a lovely place to sit, write and relax. The breakfast was excellent and Tudor House was a great base to explore what was a really interesting area of the UK. ”

We were given a warm welcome by Adrian. The guest house was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely - nicely presented and plenty of it! Adrian was very helpful. He offered to carry our bags into our room when we arrived and back to our car when we were departing. Thanks Adrian. We were in room 2. The shower in this room needs updating.

Pleasant Guest House, close to the town centre with it's own car park. Friendly welcome, attentive service and an excellent breakfast. The shower had no pressure, difficult to get more than a trickle of water except when on cold. Would stay again if the shower was fixed!

Aiden, the guest house owner was very friendly and welcoming. He is such a genuine gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. This guest house was spotless. Comfortable beds, rooms were spacious. My Dad stayed with us; we booked him a single room - there was a double bed in the single room which my Dad wasn't expecting. Aiden helped carry our luggage to our rooms. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. I would highly recommend staying at The Tudor House. There was nothing to dislike, everything was spot on.

Lovely guesthouse tucked away from the busier part of St Annes which made parking a lot easier than some of the seafront hotels. Welcomed by Adrian the owner and showed to our room. Wish we had listened to his advice about Blackpool illuminations, you need to leave a min of 3 hours to see them, traffic a nightmare.Very nice breakfast which you ordered on arrival. Adrian obviously looks at his reviews and takes them seriously. Nothing to dislike, only comment would be that the bath towels are like large hand towels and only just about adequate for a shower.

Adrian, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. Served us a welcome cup of tea on arrival. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order, and the place had a real homely feel about it. Excellent selection of books, games, puzzles etc. in the lounge. Great location, close to town centre, railway and buses. We would certainly visit again and would not hesitate to recommend Tudor House. Can't think of anything!

The host Adrian was extremely welcoming and attentive, a very pleasant chap, On arrival we even got offered a pot of tea and biscuit selection in the lounge. The guest house was very clean and comfortable with very comfy beds. The cooked breakfast was beautifully presented with no grease on the plate and arranged to perfection. We also got asked if everything was ok with our breakfast too which we have never been asked before in any other B&B. An overall very pleasant stay.

A warm welcome awaits you by the owner and once shown the lounge, dining area and our room, we were offered refreshments which we gratefully accepted. The b and b has a very homely feel and exceptionally clean throughout. We stayed just one night to be able to have a short commute to Blackpool airport the following day which was just a 10minute drive away. Highly recommended.

We liked the value for money, the tradiitonal English b&b, the friendliness of the proprietor, the great choice for breakfast and the generosity I.e extra juice, extra tea, offer of extra toast. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. We would definately stay at Tudor House again.

On arrival I was met by Adrian who was most friendly. He showed me to my room and explained how everything worked. A very welcome pot of tea arrived almost immediately. Seemed that the owners could not do enough to make your stay pleasurable. As I was leaving at 04:00 the next day my breakfast was prepared and left in the fridge for me to take with me. Overall a great little place which I would thoroughly recommend.
