I enjoyed the staff. They had a little play around with my teddy that I brought with me. It was funny and did make me laugh when I came into the room and saw they tidied my whole room and also folded my clothes up.
The TV satalite was apalling.
Everything had a rat under the bed, dirty room
old and small
Close to Victoria station
Don't mind cheap and cheerful but this was definitely not cheerful. The place was dirty as well as the beds, bedding and the shower in the cupboard.
Sheets were spotlessly clean. Hairdyer and fridge in the room. Room was warm. Bed was comfy. The young girl in the breakfast area was lovely.
Smallest bathroom ever, with black mold on all paintwork in the bathroom. Thick dust on window frames. rickety door to the point where a man ran down the stairs (our room situated at the bottom) in the early hours of the morning and barged into the room in his dressing gown. Owner didn't want to know - we hadn't locked the door according to him (door should only have opened with a card). Breakfast consisted of 3 different types of cereal and toast (good selection of jam though) and full fat milk which was a treat. .Dreadful, dreadful place - always done London on a budget but this was a disgrace. If you are tempted to book as the price is very reasonable avoid room 33 at all cost.If any person is on the chubby side they would not fit into the bathroom - (no exaggeration).Sheets were spotless but the duvet smelled a bit odd.A lick of paint and a clean would have made all the difference.Thankfully we had only booked in one night - I could not have returned for a 2nd night, couldn't get out fast enough. Dried milk for tea and coffee in the room -the powder was stuck to the paper - dreadful place.
Helpful staff at reception desk
Extra charges to gain early entry inTo the room £15 plus another £ 2.50 to leave cases after checking out , No hot water in the morning ensuite ( lol) was very small , my 16 ye old Daughter could barely fit in the cubicle that had sink toilet and shower all together and the shower curtain couldn't be drawn as it was held up by nails so everything got wet. But the biggest shock was finding a dead mouse in the room , it wasn't there when we went to bed but was there in the morning even though it looked like it had been dead a good few days, didn't want to risk going down for breakfast after seeing that Definitely won't be retuning
The location was brilliant, less than 10 mins walk from Victoria. Reception 24hours. Very cheap! Beds were comfy
The shower didn't actually work, the water leaked out of the hose, so to get water you had to hold the hose above your head to get some kind of shower.
The Price. The Location. It is clean and simple..
When we arrived the Man at reception was rude and dismissive. He could not find our booking.
Very near Victoria Train Station - 7 mins walk. Good breakfast. Many eateries around. Supermarket very near. Walking distance to Big Ben and other tourist attractions. For the amount you pay, its value for money.
Bathroom extremely small. Bed linen/cupboards very old. No fan.
The good location of this hotel, with easy access to both Victoria rail and Coach stations. The very adequate continental breakfast. The 24 Hour manning of reception, so no need for a hotel key
A very slippery shower floor, it needed a mat as I slipped and hurt my ankle. The room was barely big enough for the twin beds. I had great difficulty inching my way between them to get in and out of bed
The location and the staff.
Mice in the walls. Bad breakfast. Lousy beds. Dirty room.
Not the cleanest rooms
The girls serving the breakfast were really kind and fast.
The place was really dirty. I was scared to move the curtains because there was so much dust on them. We had to ask to change a towel because there were hairs on it and the new one was yelloish. The receptionist was with another guy and they where talking another language in front of us.
Happy friendly staff. Very convenient b&b. Lovely breakfast.
I couldn't get into the garden.
Friendly, helpful staff
Rooms needed a complete refurb, but adequate for an overnight stay.
Good location, breakfast included
Room really dirty, bed covers just a sheet for in the winter freezing all night
The location and the staff.
the room was unclean and the facilities were poor.
easy to victoria station/coach
room was not very clean very dusty so made it look shabby
central to all the sites and close to victoria station.
hotel could do with a complete overhaul. It was very basic but we got what we paid for compared to hotel prices in London.
Internet worked well.
Stained towel. Could runot turn off the tap completely.
the bathroom was a hole, terrible! the room was dirty and very small, without a chair without a wardrobe only one lamp very noisy without lift
Location Helpful manager
Very close to Victoria Station
The whole place was dirty flies in light fitting tea up walls , broken floors , cotton wool blocking draft from skirting , broken toilet seats, damp ceilings , dirty broken window frames , it was more like a hovel than a hotel so bad
Nothing at all, made my stay in london a horrible experience.
It was over priced, I asked them to put on the heater as the room was cold. they said heater comes on at 6pm. Had to stay in a cold room till till then. Horrible. Shouldn't be on booking.com
