the room i was mucky nosey the bathroom was filthy small.
The room was very small and very dirty. The tea and coffee making facilities were poor and tea bags, sugar etc were just thrown on the table. The room was not pleasant and our stay was disappointing to say the least. For the cost involved the standard of the room was disgusting. Even if the room was small it would have made such a big difference if it was clean and tidy. My son went out to have a smoke and then could not get back in as the person on the desk had gone out to get a meal.
Window opening into roof open when arrived - really worrying. Couldn't tell if door even locked. Holes in walls
Absolutely awful, the room was filthy dirty. The room was dark and tiny.portaloo/shower all in one. Tv didn't work , told staff but they said it did . Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
Good location, working television, tea and coffee facilities (powdered milk, no spoon)
Shabby, grubby, poorly maintained and uncomfortable.Shower room door could not open fully as the bed was in the way. Shower barely adequate with curtain attached by nails and hanging off. Floor flooded when shower used. No soap, no bedside light, chipped sink. Breakfast consisted of lukewarm stewed tea and soggy, thin toast.
Close to City Centre
not clean enough !
No air conditioner. No fan. No bar soap. Window could not lock. Noisy outside all night. Bright light shining inside room from outside- Could not pull curtain all the way. Room very crampy-No chair.
Staff was lackluster, room was in disrepair (holes in both the bedroom and bathroom walls), mildew in the bathroom, towels were stained, curtains did not adequately cover the windows and let in light from the street, lots of street noise. Not at all worth the money.
Close to Victoria station
Handing over key each time leaving, size of the bathroom couldnt fit in and im not that big, beds uncomfortable and worn
Reception was OK. Linen was clean.
Reception was poor, not polite. Room was filthy, carpet was in shreds. Window was broken. Furniture was from a tip. Generally very low standard. Breakfast room was overcrowded. Choice of breakfast was poor.
It's a trap, the most terrible hotel I have been to. NEVER come back again.
Location, staff and room.
Dirty bed cover disgusting decor filthy shower mastic taps not secure whole fitting moved cups in room dirty breakfast awful cheap cereal and bread had to fight for seat if I could have walked away and could afford to lose money would have done so surprised you have b and b on your books
poky room with outlook onto tiny yard meagre breakfast
Helpful staff at reception as well as the breakfast staff. Fridge. Location near shops restaurants.
Small bathroom. A way from Victoria station for elderly people.
Very good location, next to Victoria train/coach station
No duvet in the room, just a blanket. No free wifi. There were hair in the room and bathroom. Wouldn't want to stay more than one night.
nice location, breakfast and private bathroom (a tiny one) included.
Helpful staff, and great location with easy walking distances to main sites of London
The room was in serious need of a deep clean and a good lick of paint. Space for so called continental breakfast was very limited, and we chose to go elsewhere for breakfast even though we had to pay.
This place can only be described as disgusting. Im surprised it passes health and safety. The rooms were so filthy it made my mother and me wonder what the matresses were like. We shouldnt have looked, there were blood and bodily fluids covering them. The towels were paper thin, and the toilet seat was unclean. It fell off when I tried to clean it.
The breakfast and dining facilities
Good location. Close to railway station and coach station.
No light in toilet . Not even a bed lamp for triple room. Dirty windows.
Lack of security ie; broken latch on window facing onto the street! No exhaust fan in bathroom! Need hooks to hang things on in the shower room. Brighter covers on beds would help brighten the rooms. Carpet was rather grotty! Very basic accommodation.
