However we are Mongolian family, who is easily adaptable to any environment and never requires too much comfort and luxuriness, we totally didn't prefer this hotel and won't recommend to anyone. Please, consider that followings are just samples and their bad won't stop at these points: 1) Quadruple room is amazingly small, even no space for luggages!!! 2) No shampoo and nothing at all in bathroom. 3) TV has no remote control and I asked reception for it and got answer that it is intentionally absent, what a place is it??? TV has only button to increase the channel, therefore, I need to push this button until 99 to get back to channel 01. Thanks to god, this TV hadn't 3 digit channles until 999. 4) No air conditioner!!! Window is broken!!! 5) All power sockets are hidden behind of beds and hard to find them. 6) Bed cover is dirty and uncolored. 7) Breakfast is just nightmare! Very simple: bread, butter, jam and juice. Don't dream about english or continental breakfast. That is all you will have. And because of very small dining place, guests will have big queue to have breakfast. 8) As I know, this hotel has 2 Indian reception guys. Younger guy is just a blackguard. His response is very slow to all inquries. Even, he didn't call a taxi for us on departing day and just told me to get to street and take taxi!!! What service is it!!! 9) No internet is included!!! Even, public computer in reception hall is paid!!! 10) You can't find city map, even bus or metro map!!!

Staff good and helpful, was late for breakfast but still got the service. Great location Room very small and didn't match any of the photos seen in the internet. Bathroom very, very small with bad smell coming out of it. Hotel in general needs big improvements as it's quite dirty at the moment.

Please read that... -Its not for fun- there is a variety of hotels next to this one... to choose! if you are a lawyer, it will be a perfect case study... just for you! you can suggest that hotel to your haters! if you suffer from -sadomasochism-.. its strongly recommended(!) last but not least.. value for money? a great example of not to choose the cheapest..! doesn't worth any pounds... From where to start..? First of all misleading description / photos of the hotel.. "Elegant tarrace"... By far.. Not.., "Full of mold / demolished tarrace" tick yes..! "Cosy bedrooms"...? Lol... Dirty bedrooms... Broken furnitures.. Bed covers full of stains.. Not to mention about the dirty bathroom.. No place heating at night..(in addition to broken windows.. The best freezing combination..) & quess what..NO Hot water at night! The staff...: Very friendly untill the first complaints.. After that... Insulting in a "delicate" way.. For any enquires... Find a lawyer! In the improbamble case, that you'll make the mistake to stay there... Ask them straight for a receipt!

Not much, but in all fairness, the day manager was pleasant and polite, helpful with maps and money-saving tips, and tried very hard to rectify issues we had with the night staff. The location was fair, within walking distance, and the rooms, although shabby, were cleaned everyday. I didn't care for the fact that they insisted you give them the key to the room when out....had to carry our valuables around everywhere. The rooms/showers were no bigger than closets, towels scratchy, furniture shabby, inadequate batteries in tv remote, etc. Night manager was a NIGHTMARE.... belligerent and threatening to throw us out and sue us for asking for one extra towel!!! Day manager was mortified when i reported it the next morning, and we had extra towels everyday after that. The only thing that separated this place from being a total dump, was that the rooms were cleaned everyday. My husband referred to it as The Blair witch Projects!

The location is great, can't fault that and the staff were really friendly. The corridors were really smelly and musty, the carpets were filthy, the floor in the room was broken and scuffed, the bathroom had mould and was smelly too and the bedspreads were stained and dirty. Breakfast was simply toast and cereal, the bare minimum and not really what I think of as "Continental"! The chairs in the breakfast room were also stained and dirty as was the carpet, in-fitting with the rest of the hotel's public spaces.

The rate and location. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Tiny bathroom. Impossible to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet.

The best thing about this hotel was the location, that's basically it. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it was. We had to swat all the flies when we entered our room and it didn't smell too good. Didn't even bother with the breakfast after that.

The location is great ! Walking distance from Victoria Station. Lots of great restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood. The bedding was nice and clean and made with perfection, which is most important to us ! The front desk clerk did everything he could make our stay comfortable ! Very helpful ~ Thank you ! The hotels interior is in need of renovation. Our room had many broken fixtures in it. Plus, the interior walls and furniture were worn and showing a lot of age. Our room was particulary cold the night that we stayed. The hotel staff did bring a room heater for us, which helped a lot !

I liked the proximity to the Tube The hotel was dirty, scruffy looking, poor value for money, in need of massive refurbishment. Although the staff were friendly, the had a terrible attitude when it came to customer service! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! It was so dirty I even wrote clean me in the dust!!! No one noticed though! Breakfast is a complete joke, cheap cornflakes or cheap rice crispies followed by toast made from value bread and coffee. The dining room has no tables for two and is akin to bench/table set up you would find in a hostel. Certainly not what I was expecting for my 5 year old daughter and I! It was so bad we changed room 3 times due to smells/general tidiness. I wonder why Booking.com even have this on their list!!! We would never ever stay here again and I would like my money back!!!

Nothing. The hotel needs to be completely refurbished - filthy carpets, scuffed walls, TV remote without back cover, TV wall stand used for clothes hangers, as it does not have cupboards, advertised wifi which does not work, etc. Bathroom is effectively a "portacabin" in the room where you can barely stand in the shower which touching the wall on one side and the toilet on the other! Consequently, toilet paper was all soiled from the steam. Avoided breakfast as on the basis of the rest of the place. This place is awful and one to avoid.

The hotel rooms were dated and the bathroom smelt of damp. The carpets were threadbare, not only in the rooms but throughout the hotel. The appearance was generally shabby with marks on the walls. Apart from the excellent location there was not much to recommend this hotel.

I have to say I am very easy going about Hotels and I usually go to cheaper ones. However, I have never seen such a small ensuited room in my entire life. In order to do things we had to take turns with my husband and even the shower toilet was tiny. Excellent location, nice simple toast coffee breakfast. That's it!!! If you are OK with this, this is your hotel.

very local to Victoria station Most staff (Not all) were helpful 2 double beds squeezed into box-room (photo showed a spacious room with double beds side by side-foot to foot no walking space - I feel this wasn't the room we booked originally as the B&B was full to bursting - there was no space for us to sit at breakfast and we had to just stand and wait without an apology or explanation, no plug in smallest ever sink no sanitary bin in the bathroom for Ladies cracks from roof to floor behind bedroom door which was a few inches too wide for door frame and wouldn't close- however there was an outer locking door, damp, and nose fluids on walls and furniture, no fridge, toilet rolls were so badly stained we had to go and buy more, one very thin pillow per person and there was no fridge for milk for the tea. Staff were asked for a sink plug, response, "I have no plug" however when we asked for the pillows the next day we got four more.
