The manager is absolutely friendly and helpful The room and fixtures are run down, kinda dirty and toilet drainage smells abit. Shower and tap running water is inconsistent. It could have been better to make the staying atmosphere more comfortable with simple yet inexpensive decor.

Location, we wanted somewhere near Victoria so it was perfect in that respect. Everything really, the room was pretty awful, tiny tiny bathroom, not very clean, needs complete refurb and as for the dining room what a joke! it was not big enough for the amount of people staying in the hotel, the breakfast was continental, which consisted of cereal/toast (didn't even have a choice between white or brown) it was only white, orange juice/tea/coffee, that was it. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Good location, clean towels appropriate to number of guests, body wash in shower, staffed 24 hours so can come and go as you like, breakfast included in the price - although we left too early to have it. We stayed at this Hotel/B&B as it was ideally situated for us & our travelling plans. £82 split between three of us seemed like a fair price but I would not recommend staying here and I would not stay here again - I'm generally pretty easy to please (I stay in hostels/travel lodges with no complaint) however my stay at the Tudor Inn & Blair Victoria was not a good one and I will be making an official complaint. The bedding and curtains were filthy, I took photos, holes in the bathroom walls, only a few of the plug sockets in the room worked, they were painting the walls of the corridors on arrival and when we walked back through there were no signs to say wet paint. We arrived in the afternoon for check in time and dropped our bags off/showered etc., left for a few hours, came back and asked for our room key (you have to hand it in at reception if you're leaving the building) and went up to bed (no later than 10pm as we were getting up at 4.30am). At 12.10am there was a lot of knocking at our door and our door was opened by a member of staff telling us that we were in the wrong room. 1 - If we were in the wrong room why did it take a few hours for this to be noticed, 2 - The door should not have been opened knowing that there were guests sleeping inside, or at least give us a chance to wake up and get to the door! Once I went down to reception to clear up 'my' mistake as I apparently asked for the wrong room key when I came back into the hotel (if it was the wrong room why were all our bags in there/why did our key work), I showed my booking information to the member of staff. With no apology & not saying anything the member of staff went upstairs, feeling cold, tired and angry I assumed he was finished with me and I went back upstairs to bed.

Nothing apart from the exterior of the building, especially when I left. In dire need of decoration, everything from the carpets to the furniture and curtains belong in the 1970s. A new coat of paint throughout would not go amiss.

La ubicación es excelente a dos cuadras de la Estación Victoria. El desayuno esta bien. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero suficiente para dejar el equipaje y salir a disfrutar. No tiene elevador y los espacios son muy estrechos.

The interior was jaded. Not very clean. Curtains didn't fit the windows. Evening staff mediocre. Smelled of spices. Lots of rickety stairs.

Warm welcome and no objections when we wanted to see the room before paying. Helpful with directions. Clean mattress and bedding. Comfortable bed, very quiet at night, breakfast staff helpful and would give you a pot of tea if you did not want coffee and hot toast if requested. Room/bathrooom tidied and bed made everyday and good quantity of coffee/tea making sachets available in the room which were also refreshed everyday. Bathroom in room very, very small and shower curtain very grubby. However I would rather have a small caravan style bathroom in the room than have to share a communal bathroom.

I have liked the attitude of the staff their readiness to help us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our very small room has been changed for a lager one with a classic bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent and for spending there nights only is good enough. I could recommend the hotel to London visitors-tourists. The hotel itself is not perfect, some rooms are very small and their bathrooms are solved as a "site toilette units".

Nothing to recommend in this terrible place. The communal areas are filthy. The carpets in the passages (more like a maze) are dilapidated and smeary dirty. We were the lucky winners of room 40 - a rathole underneath the ground. The furniture were broken and dirty. Cupboards- No handles. The blankets and overthrows dirty. Room window 50 cm from store room window. The breakfast disgusting. A smeary, filthy terrible place. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!! Booking .com should take this off their site- disgusting!

The fact that it was close to the Victoria Station Everything... The staff were shocking in regards to their attitude and 'customer service'. The quality of the hotel and the room was a joke: damaged floorboards, wallpaper hanging from the walls, windows that don't shut properly, not even the mirror was straight... The whole place was filthy, I could see coffee stains on the bedside tables, some sort of black dirt on the walls, cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom... It was disgusting...I Would even go as far as to warn any cockroaches that were thinking of moving in to stay away from this place. I'd rather stay on a flattened cardboard box in the middle of the winter in Siberia!!!

In the hotel itself nothing positive to be mentioned, but the location of it was good and near to Victoria station The room was dirty and very small as I expected, no fridge inside the room, the bathroom was a cabin taken from a ship design toilets and instaled in the room, of you were a little bit big in size , you can diffenetly not fit inside the bathroom or if you want to use it , you have to leave the door opened, everyone walks in the corridor like walking on your head, very very noisy and when people wake up 7:30 in the morning for the breakfast, its like they are talking in your head. The bed sheets and blankets were not clean and im sure they dont change them. The internet is not free and you have to pay 5 pounds for one night use.

Not much! The room was large enough, but the outlook was to grubby and untidy rear yards. Wardrobe had no doors (removed), and teh whole place had a dreary feel. Our arrival was greeted with an offhand welcome, no 'please' or 'thank you' for anything, and an abrupt reminder of 'the rules' - hardly warm and friendly. There are no lifts and the stairs are narrow, so our three large bags were a bit if a slog. The hotel was grubby and is in need of decoration. On our second day, the 'chambermaid' knocked our door to clean, but refused when I asked her to give us 5 minutes. We ended up with no cleaning. Believe it or not, there were mice in our room too! In fact, the room across the corridor also had them, but management refused to believe us. The shower was hard to control - in fact dangerously hot fluctuating to ice cold - and tiny (don't drop your soap, you'll have no room to bend to pick it up!)

Checking out. Bad all round. My biggest regret was not moving out immediately. My room was damp and dirty. Bathroom was dirty. I inspected the bed and wont write what I saw. No hotel star rating says it all. Left before breakfast as I needed to get back to reality.

We were extremely disappointed by the Tudor Inn. We had a room on the first floor with a strong smell of cheesy feet and mould that we thought about moving away. Unfortunately we had nowhere else to go. The so called bathroom was only a square meter and included a shower, toilet and basin so that when you actually had a shower you watered the toilet paper on the shelf above the basin. Outrageous. I will never go to that place again and will make sure to spread the word...

Location is amazing, 2 minutes walk from the coach, train and underground station. The staff are really friendly. bedding seemed to be clean, tv worked, tea and coffee facilities, if using just as a base its fine. could do with a good scrubbing and double glazed windows

Nothing apart from the location The staff were rude and unhelpful. All we needed was a bed for the night so we thought £59 was very good however that is just the booking fee, they made us pay another £59 upon arrival. The room was horrible, the sink and toilet and shower were filthy an the bedding had stains all over it. No duvet covers were on the bed, just sheets as if we were staying somewhere on the equator. It was freezing cold and you can hear everything that moves in the hotel so if you have some here to sleep then I would not recommend it. However if you are going for a night out then I don't see you caring about the condition of the place. However many of the people who went on a night out were told off when they came back. We didn't even want to try the breakfast. I would not stay here again if you paid me.
