Rosemary has thought of everything:Dressing gowns, slippers, nice soaps, tea/coffee, you name it, it was there. Impeccably clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was good too and the pub down the road supplied decent pub grub at reasonable prices. Having a car park at the back was also a bonus.
We were at the front of the house, so the traffic noise was audible. The mattress was a little too soft for my liking - but then everyone is different...
Very modern, clean and comfortable. Owners very polite and helpful, lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.
Very busy noisy road, if you need to sleep with a window open, request a rear room.
Really comfortable and spacious room, including the softest dressing gowns ever hanging ready on the bathroom door. Very thoughtfully provided with a mini torch on arrival as it is in the country and very dark at night whilst out and about. We do not have a bad word to say about our stay.
The friendliness of the owner nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Great breakfast. Comfortable nights sleep.
Lovely family home atmosphere
Friendliness Comfort Convenience Cleanliness Coziness Extras in room such as soft bathrobes. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor, sewing kit! Breakfast was amazing
Bit of a tight squeeze getting around the bed to get to the bathroom. Also the bathroom door opened into the room leaving even less space. Having said that it was great value for money.
Quality of service and breakfast were excellent. Parking good.
Road noise was a bit intrusive. Room was a bit small.
A very clean, comfortable and attractive B&B, with lovely hosts and an excellent breakfast!
The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful
Our room was really spacious with a large bathroom and a great shower. We were particularly impressed by the wealth of little comforts not often enjoyed at a BnB - slippers, bathrobe, good toiletry products, really nice tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection and not ridiculously early. as is the case in many private BnBs.
Lovely people and good breakfasts.
By a noisy road.
Welcome and accommodation and breakfast. Recommended pub for pub grub was about 400m walk and was good value.
Location is a mile from Hawkhurst for other restaurants.
Attention to detail, generous toiletries etc. Everything perfect very welcoming.Would definately stay again.
We were made to feel very welcome & there was everything you could possibly need. A delicious breakfast each morning & Rosemarie was willing to adapt this to meet everyone's needs. We loved all the extras like soft dressing gowns in our bedroom.
The road could be a bit noisy with the window open.
Rosemary was so helpful and friendly. She even took us to our venue when we were unable to get a taxi.!
Finishing touches were fabulous. Especially for the price. Bathrobes were so soft, good shower. Breakfast freshly cooked and piping hot.
Friendly, obliging owners Very clean rooms Good breakfast Good provision of toiletries etc
Mattress a little lumpy
Warm welcome, comfortable room, excellent breakfast in a friendly atmosphere.
Nothing to dislike.
Everything high quality accommodation - great value
Great host, food, room and location on route to Dover.
Traffic noise in front bedroom was awful. Not owners fault but worth asking for a back room, especially on a warm night when you need the window open!
The Red room was spacious and had everything you need - with a lovely large en-suite. The whole place was immaculate. Helpful friendly hosts. Good breakfast - will certainly return.
Everything was perfect, the room, super shower & such a friendly atmosphere, the hosts could not have been more accommodating.
The negative comments from a previous guest who wished to remain anonymous, say's it all really!!!!!
Friendly owners, nice room, best shower ever and the breakfast was sublime.
Only minor point is the street noise on a hot day with the window open.
Lovely little B&B. Everything was just fine.
Owner's went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and breakfast was good quality food. We had some extras in the room, (Bath robes, slippers, razor, coffee bags, even torch for dark evening's). Unable to fault, will definitely stay again, Red room beautiful. Owner's super.
