Nothing. Miserable! The worst hotel I Ever been. Really bad conditions, smelling, miserable restaurant, the price of £108 is extremelly expensive for such a bad place. The owner (Mr. Dave) came to the reception in a domestic clothes and talking in a rude way to me and other client.

The bed had someone else's hair on the sheets -- they clearly had not been cleaned. The walls had mould/damp on them. It was literally and figuratively a dump, and I would never recommend it.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Extremely polite and helpful staff, great breakfasts and perfect location only a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Were able to walk to the city and all the major sites from the hotel with great restaurants in the adjacent street. Bathroom was clean but rather small - but still manageable.

Close to Paddington Station, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen however for a one night stay it was fine.

My father made the reservation to this hotel by mistake as I had already done another reservation to another hotel. After arriving at the hotel 15mins after the reservation had been done in order to cancel it, they told us that they had already taken the money from our card! As we have payed 165pounds for a double room we decided to stay. Now the room in my opinion was not worth more than 70 pounds. Small room, dirty and the bathroom was a cabin, looking like it was from a ship. Stuff was very unfriendly too! Incredibly overpriced for what it offered. Definitely not recommending this to anyone!!!

The only advantage of this hotel was that it was close to the city center and the bus stop. The hotel was a total dissapointment. When we entered, we saw a women cleaning the windows with bathroom towels. We also saw some clients coming to the reception and complaining about their room. The room was very small and very dirty that we had to re-clean the room with disinfectants. There was a very bad smell in the hotel and in the room. We couldn't even step on the room carpet as it was too dirty. The breakfast of the hotel was at the lower ground, in a place like a coal- hole. No hygene, no comfort.

Location was great with proximity to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and pubs. Brerakfast was fast, good, and very nice. Still not used to baked beans for breakfast. Rooms are very small especially the bathrooms (like a train bathroom).

Family owned and they couldn't do enough for you, can't say that I have ever had a more helpful greeting and I travel to London a lot. There are a lot of stairs and no lift, but not a negative rating for this as that's what you expect in a boutique hotel like this. It didn't bother us. The heating wasn't working in our room when we got in late at night and they tried to fix it and brought a spare duvet when they couldn'T. They got up early to make breakfast as we had an early train to heathrow to get. It is minutes away from paddington on foot. There are loads of places to eat nearby and you can easily walk to Hyde park.

Convivial and V. helpful staff. In snow, feezing temperatures and late at night, the Tudor Court was a totally welcoming, warm and clean, functional hotel.

Staff were very helpful at all times. It was very close to Paddington Station. There was no lift and we were on the very top floor. The room and bathroom was very small, there was only 2 of us in a triple room, if there had been three it would have been very cramped.

Hotel and room facilities generally good. Bathroom was tiny, but modern and clean. Carpets clean. Good-quality flatscreen tv with plenty of channels. Bed clean, mattresses firm. Unfussy and polite staff. Really superior **/*** quality in this excellent location, but slightly higher price. Have been to six other budget hotels close to Paddington station (ideal for city trip), this one is the best. Relatively speaking of course, but still. Recommended for short term visits. My double was on the -1 floor, there was direct light only from a shaft, so it was twilight-time all day long and a window with no view other than a few pot plants. Wifi did not work on any of the three days (either no connection, or connection without internet access - lan cable is provided upon request, as staff are aware of the problem).

While the owner and his son were very polite and accommodating we had asked for a quiet room, and it was not. We could hear the underground quite clearly. The worst part was there was no hot water the next morning. They are nice people, and reduced the charge by 50%, which was fai
