Poor breakfast.. It was written on the web page that wireless can be accessible everywhere. But it was not true. Only in the reception area you can use wireless.. Rooms are not clear enough..close to the train station and noise not allowed you to sleep. No elevator. Nobody helps you to carry your luggage.. |

The staff were all very friendly and you could always find at least one of them if you had a problem (which we didn't) The breakfast was good, served very quickly after getting into dining room, bedroom was small but clean. Shared shower and toilet were clean and very close to room. Bed was a bit on the small side. Tube seemed to run directly under hotel which is not so good if you're a light sleeper, but that obviously isn't hotel's fault. Was a door in the toilet that opened to outside so it was always freezing in there! |

We felt that whilst areas were a little shabby, the hotel (including kitchen) were spotless. Reasonable value for money, with easy access to West End etc. Lack of "public" areas such as a lounge. |

- good location; friendly staff; everything else: the single standard room is very small, basin is the room is difficult to use because of its size. The bed was near the window and it was permanent windy there, despite the heating. No stable wireless in the hotel, no tea making facilities. Breakfast is not 'Full English'. |

the breakfast was ok This was the worst hotel room my family and I have ever stayed in and certainly never again..the photos of the room when booking looked ok..However they must of been for another hotel not Tudor Court..The room did'nt have a ensuite, we had to share a so called bathroom down a set of stairs, which was a loo and a shower which were both filthy..The owners should be ashamed of themselves..Avoid!!! |

not everyone will enjoy this hotel. i am from a tourist town and i found exactly what i wanted. i had a bathroom downstairs, a small room and bed and it was central to everything. if you havent traveled before, and or you expect space and luxury, this is not going to make you happy. if you just wanna throw your bags in a room and travel, you will be ok. the staff is all-knowing, and professional |

The hotel was a dive, stinky, dusty, there was no internet access or wireless in the room as posted and the bathroom was disgusting. I slept with my clothes on!!! the website was deceptive and misleading. I will never book with this website again. |

the roon was clean the staff were unfriendly and did not welcome. They did not offer any assistance with luggage even though we were on the 4th floor and had lots of bagage. The stairs were steep and narrow which could have easily caused an accident The fire doors were not to regulation. The breakfast was poor. i would definatly not recommend this hotel. |
