Breakfast was good Efficient Comfortable
Staff ok but on the cusp of unfriendly Having to pay for WiFi is a bit much. It should be provided.
Room was clean and bed comfortable
When checking in I was told there was no restaurant. How a property can be called a hotel and have no restaurant is beyond me. I was a single female traveller and told my room was round the back in the new block. This meant walking around the back of the building in the dark, and then said building had no security so anyone off the street could walk in! I ended up sleeping with my chair against the door.
Noticed the hotel bar, breakfast room quite cosy. Rooms allocated were clean and good size. We paid special rate and it was money's worth.
Plenty of car parking spaces Breakfast Mobile heater in the room
Bathroom was rather cramped Wifi is 'The Cloud' - accessible to only those who you have an account.
pretty basic - pub with rooms - quite noisy
Very clean, modern, breakfast staff excellent.
Problem with mobile phone reception due to location - and that can't be helped anyway.
Convenient location for the West End. Good shops/restaurants in Eastcote. Excellent breakfast.
Nothing. We stay frequently.
Very comfortable room ,lovely and warm . Plenty of nice towels and tea and coffee. Lovely breakfast , plenty of everything and a nice choice . Staff in Breakfast room were pleasant and efficient.
As we were staying in the annex ,we were somewhat nervous as the external door was'nt locked at all . On Monday morning there was someone in the little lobby who appeared to have spent the night there as two of the chairs were pushed together. Also the phone or the hairdryer were;nt working . My husband had to go out and down to Recetion to get a replacement hairdryer. The phone was'nt fixed during our stay and I reported it on the first morning !!
Breakfast, room cleanliness, radiator
Nothing really I rather uncritical
Breakfast was much better than anticipated! Great to have so much fresh fruit..
No cover on mattresses. Yuk!
Were unable to stay due to personal reason's in wales and had been travelling the 240mile round trip twice that week and it completely slipped our mind to calk and cancel as had other mote pressing things on our minds. After heavy petrol bills an unused hotel room bill was not appreciated.
good location for our needs Breakfast good staff very polite
poor WIFI carpet in the room needs upgrading
It is only a 10min walk to d main underground into London. It was a buffet breakfast loads of choice and plenty of it. Very clean we were there for 4 days and d room was cleaned every day. There are also houses across d yard for families. They are ideal for families.
The towels were nice and big and there was hot water
There was no wardrobe just some hangers on a rail and no drawers. We booked a deluxe room and it definitely was not it was average at best. In my opinion not worth £180!
Staff were fairly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to change rooms. Replacement room was cosy and good enough for a night away.
First room we booked stank of cigarettes in a supposedly non-smoking room. There was no restaurant even though there is one still advertised in all literature and on the website and board outside the hotel! A shame because this hotel has potential.
Breakfast self service is ok but food gets over cooked if left for a period of time
No food at all was available despite no pre warning of this and hotel info in room even saying room service was available. Very very noisy. Bathroom revolting with very mouldy shower, no window blinds, and window wouldn't close. Night duty receptionist had revolting cough ALL night and while he set up for breakfast at 5.30am......consequently I didn't stay for breakfast.
Free Wifi is needed
Unfriendly staff, dead wasps in the bath, fur and mould around the window frames, dirty room and no toilet roll. When we asked about the toilet roll on departure we were told that there was a shortage?! The breakfast was cold and looked very unappealing, therefore we did not eat it.
The location was good and very near to the Eastcote High Street
The electrics had problems. The bedside lights did not work and the hairdryer exploded!!!!!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and everything happened when it should have done. Rooms in old lodge part of hotel were very quaint and tidy and clean. No complaints whatsoever
No comment because liked all that I experienced.
Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Our bed was fantastic (Very very comfortable) We have stayed before when visiting family and look forward to our next visit.
The breakfast is hearty and always delicious. The staff are friendly and courteous. The location is superb for my needs (family and friends in nearing neighbourhoods)
The outside areas of the hotel need a good clean and sprucing up. We were staying in the annexe around the back and there was rubbish on the floor and in the lobby area of that particular building. It wasn't anything major but definitely could do with some TLC.
Quiet nights sleep and a good buffet breakfast .
Winding staircases to get to ones room.
The hotel is in a very good location, near to a great deal of eateries, pubs etc. 10 min walk to Eastcote tube station. Our room was in the annex, which is modern with comfortable rooms and we found it very quiet (2 nights of totally peaceful sleep) Breakfast was very good, served in the old part of the building. We used the bar and prices were very reasonable. Staff that we encountered were all very pleasant. All in all a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.
Really nothing I can say in the negative.
