The host was very welcoming, the hotel has vey tasteful decor and is extremely comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely first class too. We will be staying again in the very near future. |

The staff were friendly and warm welcoming while leaving you to come and go freely. The quality in the finish of the rooms was excellent and I would highly recommend the Tudor Terrace Guest House |

Very welcoming, easy to find, fantastic location. Nice and quiet. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Favourite thing is you get a front door key, so you don't feel like you've got a curfew! Bed was a bit solid, but i think that's more of a personal preference as my boyfriend liked it! |

The Guest House is only a couple of minutes walk from the sea front.The staff/proprietor were very friendly and helpful.the room was small but clean with tea/coffee making facilities and a tv. The room was ensuite but the bathroom was actually down the corridor because the room was too small for it to be accomodated within it.This meant that I probably disturbed people as I made my way along the corridor at night with its creaking floorboards. |

Felt welcomed - lovely breakfast - clean and comfy room Wish I'd booked the ground floor for my parents - very steep steps and they found it a little difficult - but not too bad. |

Very friendly welcome & advice about nearby eating places, Comfortable bed, excellent shower and toilet facilities. Flat screen TV and also very welcome tea & coffee-making facilities in room. Excellent breakfast incl. filter coffee. |

Friendly and genuine owner really made the stay homely. Being given a front door key due to no curfew is a great idea, and different to a lot of hotels. Everything was of high standards; very clean, modern and a great atmosphere. |
