Maria and Nick couldn't have done more to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. As soon as we arrived Maria made me a lovely cup of filter coffee and supplied fresh bottled water. There was a superb selection of bathroom goodies in a basket in the room, together with spotless fluffy white towels. We were in the ground floor room which has been adapted for disabled access if required, with the en suite toilet/shower being converted to a wet room. The room aslo had a comfortable king size double bed, flat screen tv, touch-switch bedside lamps and clock radio/alarm. It isn't often I eat the 'Full English' breakfast, but did so on both days. Quality local ingredients such as Lincolnshire sausage made the breakfast even more enjoyable, I also had bacon, fried egg, beans and fried bread. Maria and Nick even provided a fresh fruit salad with Greek yogurt for my partner. All in all, a superb b&b, we will return!

Beutifully maintained clean and fresh environment. A very warm and attentive welcome with good facilities and a superb breakfast. Nothing really to fault...except perhaps the water pressure in the shower was poor...however nothing that detracted from the overall experience.

I found the proprietor of the guest House extremely welcoming and very helpful. I was made to feel at home and although I arrived at a busy time I was asked if I would like a pot of tea and a cake in my room. This was a nice surprise. My room was very clean and there was the added bonus of toiletries. I will certainly book again, and will recommend the Guest House to my friends and family.

We were impressed with the high standard of Tudor Terrace. The rooms have all been tastefully decorated with modern facilities and it was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice and good quality. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, and it made our stay a very pleasant one. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with the welcome. On our arrival I requested a twin room as opposed to the already booked double room and this was arranged immediately without any hint of inconvenience to the owner. Also, we were offered tea and cake (home-made!) when we checked in, a lovely touch. The decor of the guest house is of a high standard and very modern, too. Breakfast was scrumptious and served in the lovely dining room. We would definitely stay here again.

It is some years since I have stayed in a Guest House and did so with some trepidation. However, I need not have worried. The Tudor is immaculate, the rooms are light, well decorated and furnished and spotless. More than that, Nick and Maria made me feel really welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Cleethorpes.

The welcome from Marie who runs the guest house with her husband was very friendly. The room was excellently furnished and the shower room very modern. The have obviously spent a lot of money doing the place up and I am sure it was once very tired. Breakfast was very good, excellent vegetarian choice. I would stay again and recommend it highly

How do you rate perfection? Use Tudor Terrace as a benchmark, if something comes close, then you have perfection, its as simple as that. A lovely guest house run by even nicer people with a warmth of welcome I've never encountered before. The rooms are beautifully decorated with every need catered for including lovely Nutrogena toiletries, the breakfast is extensive and excellent quality. Location is superb, be it for the beach or town. But most of all, its the people that make Tudor Terrace an genuinely great place to stay. I know where I will be staying when I'm in the Cleethorpe's area again.

We particularly liked the home from home atmosphere, from the tea and homemade cake when we arrived, to the very comfortable, immaculate room and bathroom, to the delicious evening meal and then breakfast the following morning. Although we were actually in the area to carry out some work, we enjoyed our mini-break at Tudor Terrace - we were made to feel very welcome and it made the trip much more enjoyable, even though we were working.
