Not going to set the world alight but a good value, clean hotel
Nothing of note
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean hotel
Poor baby facilities (nowhere to use microwave sanitiser and travel cot provided was rock hard)
We arrived late, and because of a rough crossing had not eaten. The restaurant had just closed, as had that attached to the Premier Inn next door. However the staff assisted us to get a takeaway delivered, and provided the necessary cutlery and plates to enjoy our meal when it was delivered. This was exceptional service
Confusion with which Premier Inn we were booked into. We went to the wrong one as had happened on a previous visit. Your information does not show which hotel of the 2 adjacent, you have booked.
exellent all round
We enjoy staying at Premier Inns as always a very good standard.
Our room at Port Solent had a shower and toilet in the bathroom with the wash basin in the bedroom, which we didn't like.
We visited for new year. I have a 4 year old who is quite a handful. They were very understanding when he was running around and interacted with him alot. It was a last minute booking but staff were very helpful and friendly. rooms were very spacious and clean. and beds were amazingly comfy! would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will be visiting again at some point! Thank you for a great experience.
Free Wifi should be provided.
No free Wifi
Easy to find. Free parking. Beefeater, KFC and Pizza Hut all in walking distance, and hotel has own restaurant as well. Tesco across the road for any thing you forget. Lovely and quiet and night.
Not going to the lie, I really couldn't find anything to fault, which is very much unlike me!
Clean room and well presented.
Surprised there was no form of communication in the room in case of emergency ie. Telephone or red pull cord (for elderly people).
Bed was extremely comfortable. Double room very spacious with all the usual hotel room accessories and shower was powerful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good value for money and well cooked, plenty of choice too. Nice to have somewhere else in the hotel to sit and relax. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Small issues with windows not completely air tight to keep road traffic noise out. The room's hair dryer was undergoing replacement so followed the room instructions to ask reception for one. Room doesn't have a phone, this is outside by the lift or either end of hotel. A little inconvenient but didn't spoil the stay. Tea tray wasn't fully replenished when we arrived but the receptionist was more than helpful with plenty of refill. Still a very good hotel, despite these little things.
It does exactly what it says on the tin. Comfortable, simple, functional. Breakfast was great too; with one paid for full breakfast both my children are free.
Couldn't hardly sleep, my room was right by the busy road, but fair play to them, received a full refund
No fridge at room
Location convenient for Ferries
Having a restaurant on site. Everything was great, the staff, room, restaurant, comfort
The food on the breakfast buffet was cold and over cooked. Wif fi is a necessity these days and should be free.
Nice hotel with a lift and small bathroom in bedroom
A change menu it same cross road they got 2 hotel very close one and other
- Breakfast was good (standard Premier Inn offer) - Room was spacious - Electric kettle and tea choice in the room - Parking available right in front of the hotel - Nicely kept facilities (lobby, restaurant), no luxury but well maintained and clean
- Heated towel rack did not work - No hairdryer in the room (had to request one at reception) - Shower was intermittent hot/cold, made for a fun step in-out of the water experience for my kid - Expensive in general but normal rate for UK
No rooms with interconnecting doors for families over 4 people.
Good location and close to attractions.
Lay out of room.
Waited too long between starters and main.table was cleared promptly but was 40 mins before next course arrived.Food was very good.
Breakfast Value for money
The uncomfortable bed- was moved to another room.
Price of drinks

The restaurant served lukewarm and under cooked meals.
