Clean and comfortable. Easy to book in and out. Free parking and nearness to Naval Base. Nothing to dislike. I would have turned off the central heating earlier if I had realised.

The staff there were very helpful and friendly polite knew what was going on in the area and surgested places to go. Food wasn't to bad. The beds were to hard and uncunfertable

I could have bed , breakfast and evening meal without leaving the hotel and it was only one mile from my business contact Waiting for 1/2 hour before I got my evening meal. I will not make that mistake again

Staff were v helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Service good. Good family room. Good value for money. Shower was good. Would have preferred to stay in Southsea but road connections from Port Solent were v good. Bed sprung - prefer a firm foam mattress (personal preference) but bedding good. Bathroom could have been a little bigger to include the sink.

Nothing When we arrived and given our room No 24 Iam semi inverlid the window of the room was wide open the room was freezing Icalled the manager he brought an heater could not get room heating working .went for a shower the shower tray was filthy grimey unclean.

we always stay here on the way to the ferry.The food and accoma.dation is always good .unfortunatlly there was an incedent in relation to the room.The staff delt with it perfectlly and we will continue to stay there.
