Wonderfull breakfast and the staff were excellent. A light above the sink was reported faulty and was never repaired after three nights. Toilet tissue was not refilled. Nor was hand soap. Sheets on bed were not even straighted out before throwing up the covers.

You are fairly close to the shopping centres. Am a reasonably good base for excursions to other places. If you are planning on staying in this hotel remember there is quite a large road running beside it this is noisy of a night-time. We had problems sleep being most nights because of this noise. Didn't help the weather was very hot and the air conditioning couldn't keep up. So we had to open the windows what made it even noisier The food was very good. Breakfast is were best if you get there early enough. But plenty of food and well cooked. We also had a evening meal in the hotel that also was good. The one issue I did have was that housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day. We have been out all day and came back and nothing had been done. This was a bit annoying

Everything is available under one roof, the room, bar, restaurant, parking, tea/coffee in the room, very comfortable. Sink in the main bedroom area and no place to hang a hand towel when you wash your hands.

Well the night manager did give us another room when our first room was so cold the heater was not working. It is an outrage to charge for the WIFI . It is so called a budget Hotel but actually currently there are very nice 4* hotels at a similar price. Children in the bar / lounge area children with parents approval running free, no I will never stay at a Premier Hotel again.

The staff were very helpful. The pizza we had in our room with a side salad and chips with a bottle of wine was value for money. The in house restaurant was worth visiting in its own right with friendly staff and value for money. I would like to see a screen or curtain around the sink. Not ideal for personal grooming, ok for cleaning teeth and combing hair only.

Staff were very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money, again the waiting staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was large and the shower excellent (no degree needed to work it out!!). We really enjoyed our stay, and although we were a little wary of the potential noise from the road, on the side of the hotel we were allocated found it was no problem at all. Hardly anything, the only suggestion we would make is that feather pillows could be available for those who prefer them. We are used to those at home and found the synthetic pillows a little hard and uncomfortable, one was too little, two too much.

The staff were friendly and helpful rooms clean and adequatly equipped. Location good for town centre and attractions also close to bars and leisure facilities at port solent (20 mins walk or 5 mins cab ) The hotel heating system a bit slow and for elderly people maybe a bit confusing. Also check what you are being charged at the bar as drink prices seem to differ depending on who serves you.

Comfortable soundproof rooms. Good breakfast but could have better choice of continental. One bar waiter would not serve one of our party without id although he is 19 in May which spoilt things, especially as they would not accommadate him in one of the 3 quad rooms we hired because of his age!! The same waiter also asked another of our party for id when it was his id that enabled us to pay cash on arrival for the rooms.

Very clean comfortable stay. I hesitate to stay at Premier Inn because you charge for wifi. Wifi should be free! Everything else is great at Premier Inns, but I continue to shop at your competitors, and stay with competitors, because they are similar. In fact, HI express offers free continental breakfast. If you offered free wifi I would stay with Premier Inn.
