Wonderfull breakfast and the staff were excellent.

A light above the sink was reported faulty and was never repaired after three nights. Toilet tissue was not refilled. Nor was hand soap. Sheets on bed were not even straighted out before throwing up the covers.

I hyave stayed here many times and it has always been up to the standard expected. I would recommend this to any traveller.

The location was good for our purpose.

We were given a disabity specific room which we did not request, this meant we had more room but a lower bathroom sink, a shower with a it's which took up room, a hair dryer which was screwed to the draw so I could not stand up.

Very pleasant staff, good breakfast, good value for money.

There was a slight small in the bedroom. The bedside tables were decidedly unstable, in fact mine was coming away from the wall. Not sure about the basin in the bedroom.

Staff were polite and room was very clean....

It was very clean, Staff were very helpful. Was local to all amenties.The reason we stayed their for 11 nights was because it was only down the road from family and friends. We had come all the way from Australia.

There was nothing we did not like about the Inn. But the 2nd to last night before we left we had young lads in the room next door and opposiite that were quiet noisy, banging doors etc. I phoned the reception and I believe it was dealt with promptly.

Good value hotel. Clean, efficient with friendly staff. Exceeded expectations

Bathroom design.Integrated sink is better than sinkoutside.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. On arrival my two children were given Easter eggs by the friendly check in staff.

For the family room I expected three beds, what we got was two beds and a mattress on the floor. One of my children didn't have good nights sleep. Also the breakfast were good, but the choice was limited as they kept running out of the hot choices.

The staff were friendy and accommodating. I left my laptop charger but they found it and I will pick it up next visit. [Well done to Fay!]

Furniture in room hard and spartan. Also allocated a disabled room which was not my preference. Food was ok but many items were off the menu for both days of my stay. No catering for gluten intolerant guests and not marked on menus No catering for breakfast. Cannot even pre-order an omelette, but I was able to get an additional poached egg when I asked. Booking.com completely got my name wrong on the in-hotel system and it took the albeit very friendly check in staff a while to find my booking. This apparently a problem with the website integration functionality.

Excllent reception - very helpful, courteous. Choice of pillows, range of tv channels

Difficult to find the hotel from the ferry, not having sat nav. Difficult to find via Mappy (French travel directions). Shower not disabled-friendly
