The hotel staff were superb and are a credit to the brand. Gary in the restaurant on the Sunday morning displayed outstanding customer service chatting with the kids and making us feel really welcome.

It was near the trafford centre with bars and restaraunts. Also it was convienient for Old Trafford Football Stadium The breakfast area was chaos, we had to wait for different items such as plates, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, cups, milk, bread for toast, muffins, sausages. Not all at once but to have the above we had to wait for litchen staff to bring at diffrent times, therefor the rest of the breakfast went cold.

I can't say enough good things about the Trafford Centre West. I visited recently with my mother for a shopping trip. Every member of staff made us feel extremely welcome and the whole hotel was beautifully clean at all times. A special mention to the young waiter, Declan, who was so friendly and kept us entertained in the restaurant during our meals. Both him and the rest of the staff are a real asset to your company. I wouldn't hesitate to not only go back there but recommend it to my friends.

From the moment we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, pleasant and polite. Staff ordered us a taxi to our party which arrived spot on time. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a self service affair - plenty of choice - excellent food. The bar wasn't too expensive, plenty of space and nice decor. Nice strong shower - bit odd though the shower and toilet in one room and the sink in the bedroom area? Will stay again. Although we didn't visit the Trafford Centre on this occasion it is within walking distance for those who like to shop. Unfortunately no baths at all in the hotel. I wanted a nice long soak and requested a room with a bath but sadly nobody got back to me to advise no baths - only found out on arrival but it didn't spoil the weekend.

The hotel was easy to find, all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was to much bother it was lovely. The room was clean and bright the children thought it was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was more than we could of imagined. This set us up for the whole day and even though we never dined in the resturant in the evening the menu looked lovely. The Trafford Centre is just a walk over the road, with as many shops as you can imagine. We had a fantastic 2 days and can't wait to save our pennies to return - Thank you :0))

Staff were all very helpful, makes a difference! The shower was one that was fixed to the wall. Therefore wet hair regardless, I also like to use the shower hose to shower my flower, so this wasnt possible as I cant do hand stands, appart from that all was good!
