Reservation was dealt with quickly. The description of the hotel room was exactly what we got.Receptionist on the evening was very polite, explained everything in detail.Even assured us of a gauranteed good night sleep(or money back),which we did. Due to refurbishment on the ground floor, facilities were severely curtailed.I was told this at the time of booking,so no complaints.I dont know if this reflected in the price of the room on this occaision, also a complimentary"breakfast"was offered. |

Being across from the Trafford Centre walking distance, and also easy access to the centre of Manchester by bus. A member of staff knocked on the door to say there had been a complaint about us being noisy, when it was quite clear it wasnt us as we were peacefully watching a movie! |

Proximity to Chill Factor where I was on an instructor course. Restaurant was being refurbished - not advised about this until my arrival. |

I liked the clean towels everyday and that the room was beautifully tidied on my return. Also that when returning to the hotel at night we were able to have a quiet drink at the bar. I also liked the fact our room number was not said aloud at reception, total discretion. I was disappointed by the noise that we had on the Monday morning due to refurbishment. We had been warned there would not be food but not of noise disturbances, especially on a holiday Monday at 8am. We had been placed directly above the kitchen area, perhaps would have been more sensible not to have used this room at this time. |

Refurbishment being done to the hotel restaurant meant no cooked breakfast, complimentary borin breakfast given instead but was gutted half the facilities werent available...However im sure that will be sorted out soon :-) |

Staff very friendly and close to all the amenities The water works were digging up the road through the night on a sunday but hotel very kindly refunded my money to compensate for my sleepless night. That was a kind gesture on their part as it wasnt their fault. |

Room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel was value for money. The restaurant had a special deal for 2 or 3 course dinner but at least half the items were not available on both nights of our stay. |

Ease of check in and location close to Trafford Centre and Old Trafford. Shower room too small for size of room and the towel rail was extremely hot but not controllable so very wasteful of energy and made the whole room unbearably hot. |
