The location is perfect for shopping and other activities but without being in a busy city centre. Access stright off the motorway is an added bonus. Unfortunately is was well after 4pm on the second day that we had a knock on the door to see if we wanted our room cleaned. We had done it ourselves by this time but were miffed when offered 1 tea bag, 2 sachets of sugar and 2 sachets of milk, between the 2 of us. So this took a bit of the gloss of it for us.

The buffet breakfast was terrific. Having a safe parking lot was a real perk. Easy walking distance to fancy shopping mall and other businesses. Paying 10 pounds for wifi when many less expensive places provided it for free was not a fun feature.

Quick booking in and checking out Taxi drivers seem unable to distinguish this hotel from a number of other Premier Inns in the locality. A prominent sign outside might help.

I thought the shuttle bus service to Old Trafford was an excellent idea. Although, I said the facitlities were poor above this only reflects on the room. The hotel bar, lounge and breakfast area were excellent. I didnt have enough towels in the room on arrival, and the shower gel dispenser was empty.

good location for where I was going, know what your getting, good facilties Unfortunately (for the 2nd time), I ordered food from the restaurant to take to my room, and they said they would call. Apparently the phone was not working (which happened before), so someone came up to tell me that it wasn't working, and that I could come down with them to collect my food! not sure why they couldn't have brought it up with them, and it was therefore cold and dry and also very late.

It is next to Trafford centre with plenty of parking. It is close to motorway and it is easy to find. Good shower. The toilet design is a bit strange as the washing basin is actually outside the toilet. The air con vent for the main foyer is outside the room. This produced a noise throughout the night. The saving grace is that it is constant and monotonous and the brain can get used to it.

Unfortunately, as we were visiting relatives while we were here, we did not dine in the restaurant apart from breakfast. However, this was very good quality, varied for all tastes and the staff were extremely pleasant, and constantly removing used crockery etc from tables. Just a couple of small matters, on checking in, with my elderly mother who prefers cash payment on eveything, cash was not acceptable!? Unless accompanied by a current passport, which I do not carry with me when travelling within the uk. Also, she found the sink situated within the room area rather impersonal as she cannot stand in a shower, and would have preferred the privacy of washing in a bathroom and I had to vacate the room to allow her some privacy. Maybe you could have some rooms with this facility.

Room was very clean and spacious enough for the four of us. Proximity to Trafford Centre excellent - just a short walk. Excellent breakfast. Kettle in room dirty and broken. Lounge area a little dirty with old food particles in grooves of sofa and a very sticky table. On the whole staff were definately not as friendly and helpful as at other priemer inns I've stayed (when I asked for help with directions by a member of reception staff I was merely mumbled at in a totaly off-hand way without even any eye contact!) This is a shame and definately not my usual experience with premier inn.

I normally travel alone for work - would feel happy eating alone here. Would have liked better tea/coffee/refreshment facilities Would like to see more toiletries available After the meal the seating area was utilised by people holding meetings - would have preferred a quiet area.
