Score from 1048 reviews Very good
The hotel is in a convenient location, easy parking, and plenty of room. I'm always impressed with standard of food from the restaurant and how exceptionally helpful the staff are.
Sadly the lighting in the room I stayed in was so dim that I struggled to be able to do basic things in the room. Having stayed in the hotel previously this was not an issue in an alternative room, but makes a big difference during winter daylight hours. Also the shower kept having ice cold blasts throughout a hot shower which was very unpleasant.
Location to trafford centre, we shopped till we dropped.
All was good
Friendly and helpful staff.
THE FOOD WAS DREADFUL. ASK FOR CHICKEN WINGS AND FRIED MUSHROOMS AND SEE WHAT YOU GET. ALSO THE NOISE OF DOORS BANGING ALL THE TIME IS VERY BAD. WE WILL NOT STAY AGAIN
Warm and friendly. Room quiet and good size, thanks to the receptionist taking what we asked on board. View wasn't great, but quiet was priority for us. Breakfasts were great. The location was excellent. Bus station nearby for a day in Manchester.Trafford Centre so near. Asda also nearby.Parking free which is always a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a fab stay. Thank you Premier Inn.
We loved the evening meals we had at the Premier Inn, but felt the "meal deal" still worked out a tad expensive for two courses, but a good choice on the menu, and the food was lovely.
All staff so helpful & cheerful . Nothing too much trouble !! Brilliant !! Couldn't fault anything . We ate in the restaurant & food was really good
- Its location - excellent access to the Trafford Centre, the motorway network, Manchester, and Salford. - the fact that the car park had plenty of room in it - the bed was extremely comfortable - the payment on arrival, meaning that check out was totally painless
- the fact that wifi was only free for half an hour (coming from London I expected free wifi) - the hot food at the breakfast was not piping hot, nor were the plates which could be handled without a serviette. I expect food on the bain marie to be kept very hot. This wasn't.
Super place to stay. I've never come across such friendly staff in any other hotel I've stayed in. Perfect location for the trafford centre. Lovely breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect
No dislikes at all
Great buffet breakfast
Very comfy and clean friendly place, would deffo stay again.
Great location for the Trafford Centre. Hotel was busy but very friendly and a bonus of Happy Hour in the bar between 5 and 7 was great. We will definitely stay again when visiting manchester. Shower was lovely and big too. We had a lovely break away.
Could have done with more seating area in the bar/reception area. Could have done with a little bit bigger en-suite as when sitting on the toilet the radiator is right next to you and when on it is very hot. But that's being picky and wouldn't stop us from staying again.
Lovely large room very clean, friendly staff, large enough bed , great location and plenty parking
The loud guests it was like a herd of elephants running through the corridor, being woken by housekeeping at 8.50am then saying sorry when I finally open the door
The whole experience was great and the staff were super,
Pleasant service at reception ..lovely room.. comfy bed ..enjoyable stay ..would definitely stay again :-)
Although the staff were very busy they always had time for you I would recommend the premier inn to any one The meals deals are good value. Food excellent.
nothing every thing was good
Receptionist was brilliant, very efficient and welcoming
No free wifi
we asked the lady at reception to book us a taxi for 7pm to take us to the phones for you arena she said no problem writ it down along with our room number we arrived in reception and waited in the seating area by half past 7 we asked the same lady were the taxi was she didn't know if she had booked it after another 20 mins of messing around a taxi came we were late and missed the start of our event and the following morning we were woken up at 7am by another member of staff telling me our taxi was here not good enough and ruined our stay who wants to go to phones 4 u arena at 7am very incompetent mistake
All staff were very polite and attentive throughout the whole day. The food at night was good value with the meal deal you also got breakfast included. Easy to get onto motorways and plenty to in the Trafford centre.
Wifi was only free for 30 minutes. Not so good if you want to do a lot of work in the hotel.
My partner and I stayed here this weekend and found the staff very friendly yet professional. Unfortunately, we found a ball of hair (mainly pubic) under the pillow. When we reported to the general manager the next morning he was so apologetic, explained we should have phoned straight down and also refunded the room! Amazing man.
The people across the way from us were extremely loud, they kept banging there door, shouting down the hall way. Really annoying but that's the joys of a hotel I guess
Clean rooms, good sized bed and comfortable, excellent breakfast!
With Firefox should be free in a location like this. It is owing. ing
It was so easy to access from motorway. Less stress added to end of long journey. Easy access to shopping and eating facilities. I will definitely return and will also recommend your hotel to friends and family. My name is Kay Benvie and I traveled from Dundee, Scotland . The ;long drive was worth it.
Location to Trafford centre . Everything about the hotel.
room was fine but would have been better with a bath and shower not just shower
breakfast was okay but toaster didn't work correctly
