We felt the staff were very hard pressed to give top notch service at meal times. The hotel was full over the Royal wedding weekend and we had to wait some time for a table in the restaurant. We did not realise we had to book for our breakfast/dinner. These are not complaints; all the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous; but they could have done with an extra pair of hands or two.

The parking space outside the Reception; the provision of a luggage trolley to enable us to transport our luggage from the car to the lift, were all invaluable. The reception staff was extremely efficient. We cannot fault the Premier Inn Glasgow. Definitely value for money. We were perfectly satisfied with the Premier Inn Glasgow. Unfortunately, it left us with high expectations from the other Premier Inns - which didn't live up to the expectations provided by this stay.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Excellent value for money. Free car parking. Whilst the location was suitable for our particular purpose it is not very central to shops, leisure etc.

clean and comfortable room, free on -site parking. Good friendly welcome from staff and only a short walk to the city centre. The short walk isn't through the best of areas and might be intimidating for solo travellers returning in the evenings. There was a limited range of drinks and a lack of fairtrade options in the room. I would only recommend this hotel to others if I was sure they were aware of the area.

This is a nice well run hotel with nice friendy staff who are very helpfull. We also ate in here and had a lovely meal. The area is not the best and wouldn't go wandering around on my own but this is probably the case in most cities. We were down for a football match and it was perfect.

The breakfast room is just too small. Coach parties are given special reservations so that you are not able to have you breakfast at the time wanted. Very odd indeed.

Very nice room with big comfortable beds. 5 minutes walk to the city center We got a room where it was a little problem with the bathroom. It was necessary to flush the toilet three times. Water going down slowly in the shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the layout and decor were both good. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet style and was extremely good value for money and everything was cooked to perfection.

The staff were attentive and friendly. Although we waitied an hour for a main course only which left us short of time for the venue at Hampden Park - however, the waiter was very attentive and apologetic which saved the set-back. The time we waitied on our meal which thankfully was only the main course. Having said that, the food was good.

Rooms were clean, good bed linen, comfortable bed and bathroom facilities could not be faulted. The staff were all friendly. I liked that you could open the windows to let fresh air in(with ear plugs you can leave them open all night without hearing any traffic outside!). My friend and I had an evening meal, great value at £11.99 for two courses and my steak was cooked perfectly. The breakfast the next morning was excellent too. Car parking was a bonus and I would stay here again.
