The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and there was no difficulty fitting a travel cot as well as our double buggy. Breakfast was very good. Free parking meant we could come and go as we pleased though we chose to walk all the time, city centre just 5 minute walk at leisurely pace. Also 5 minute walk to Glasgow green which had a playground to keep our toddler amused.

Friendly staff, convenient location, good breakfast, quiet We did not get our breakfast on the day of departure, even though we had paid for it. We had to leave at 2 a.m., so we asked the receptionist in the evening if we could have a packed breakfast instead. Apparently, this service is not provided. No alternative solution was suggested. Neither were we offered a refund for the lost breakfasts.

Ross aka Scot was fantastic! He was so enthused and helpful in giving us suggestions for site seeing. Truly went the extra mile to make certain we knew about the ton. He is a keeper! Your facility was also very clean and met all or our needs or exceeded them. It was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to enter the gated parking initially

The staff were super friendly. Reception/dining area and lift look newly renovated and very up to date. The bathroom in our room was spacious and up to date. That it had free parking, as not many other hotels had areas for your car. The room was quite old fashioned looking compared to downstairs. (disregarding the bathroom) There was a large, red stain on the carpet beside the bed. Our room was connected to the people in the room next to us, which we wouldn't have really minded, but you could hear the couple through the doors! Lighting in the bathroom was excellent, but rubbish in the main room for trying to get ready. Although the hotel had free car parking, and quite a lot of spaces, we found it really hard to get a space a few times. The spaces were only marked by pink bricks, which you could not see in the dark. This resulted in people parking in two spaces, or simply taking far too much room. If the spaces were visible and everyone parked correctly, you could have got at least 10 extra spaces when we were there! I think they need to get the spaces painted with white lines so they are more visible!

The stay was excellent including service, staff and meals. This was the first time that I made a reservation through Booking.com I usually book through Premier Inn Direct. I booked 1 room with 2 double beds (2 adults 2 children). Unfortunately on the invoice it stated that additional supplements (extra bed) was not added. I contacted Premier Inn direct prior to the stay and was told that the booking was amended. Unfortunately this had not been done and 2 adults/2 children booked into a bedded room. Fortunately this was rectified, but we weren't given a room with 2 double beds. This is why I have given poor on a couple of questions in the next section.

The parking space outside the Reception; the provision of a luggage trolley to enable us to transport our luggage from the car to the lift, were all invaluable. The reception staff was extremely efficient. We cannot fault the Premier Inn Glasgow. Definitely value for money. We were perfectly satisfied with the Premier Inn Glasgow. Unfortunately, it left us with high expectations from the other Premier Inns - which didn't live up to the expectations provided by this stay.

clean and comfortable room, free on -site parking. Good friendly welcome from staff and only a short walk to the city centre. The short walk isn't through the best of areas and might be intimidating for solo travellers returning in the evenings. There was a limited range of drinks and a lack of fairtrade options in the room. I would only recommend this hotel to others if I was sure they were aware of the area.

This is a nice well run hotel with nice friendy staff who are very helpfull. We also ate in here and had a lovely meal. The area is not the best and wouldn't go wandering around on my own but this is probably the case in most cities. We were down for a football match and it was perfect.

The breakfast room is just too small. Coach parties are given special reservations so that you are not able to have you breakfast at the time wanted. Very odd indeed.
