As at other Premier Inns I have stayed in, the breakfast was excellent and the room was large and comfortable. There is no laundry service.

All staff very friendly, rooms spotless and very comfortable. The only fault would be lighting in the room, not very good, nice lamps but when you needed a better light, nothing available, appart from that food etc. was all first class. Since we have come home we have booked a stay at the Premier Inn Scarbourgh as a Christmas gift for my Mother & Father in-law. It will be their 55th Wedding Anniversay iin March and they spent their Honeymoon in Scarbourgh so we thought we'd send them back for a wee break.

The rooms were comfortable and offered good facilities, the breakfast was a little pricey but it was buffet style so there was a good choice, we stayed two nights and had one breakfast. Seemed to be a lot of single sex groups. We stayed on the 6th floor and both nights were woken and kept awake by people shouting at each other in the corridor or doors opening and closing. It began around 1 and continued til 4 in the early hours. Shame because the rooms were fine. Not sure I'd like to stay again. We will be visiting once every couple of months, but next time will look for an alternative that can offer a peaceful nights sleep!

Good location, adequately quiet (I'm a very light sleeper), firm bed. Staff generally very friendly. Slow service in restaurant for evening meal. Room supplied with only 1 set of towels when we were a party of two (however, speedily rectified). Heating unresponsive - slow to warm up room on arrival, but too warm at night. Pillows of varying sizes/firmness would be useful - those supplied were too soft to make do with 1, but too large to use a pair.

The staff at this hotel are a cut above. I have stayed in numerous hotels on business and for pleasure and the staff at this location were without doubt the most professional and welcoming people I have come across. I will be staying there again next week when I return for business purposes without question.

Clean, Comfortable and neat. Charging another debit card than the one by which the booking was made, may not be convenient to the client if not the same card holder. May I suggest that the customer be given the choice of being charged at the time of booking.

Like the fact that the twin rooms have two double beds. My only gripe would be the fact you have to list the names of the people staying in each room when you arrive & only those names would be allowed into the hotel after a night out so if you brought back a 'ladyfriend' (or manfriend if you're that way inclined), they were getting denied entry. Apart from this, the hotel is excellent!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was brilliant great food at a good price. The hotel was modern and very comfortable. I will be looking to stay here the next time I do the Great North Run. I would have to say it is the best Premier Inn that I have ever stayed in....Thanks to everyone who works there, You all played a part in me and my family having a good time. The only thing I can think of is not enough tea bags and milk provided in the room but when I asked I was given more so all in all nothing to moan about.

It is in a very good position for The Sage, Metro Centre, the North East coast and Northumberland. The staff are local and delightful - most welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms are the usual Premier Inn style, but are clean, comfortable and all that is needed for a stay of a few days.

The hotel was convenient for attending a conference / city visit. The quality and service were good value and the room was clean and tidy to a high standard. We avoided city centre locations because Newcastle is a popular stag party location. Although there were two or more parties in this hotel they were well behaved on Friday - sadly this changed on Saturday night. The romantic antics in the next room were loud through the partition wall and just compounded things. We left feeling tired.I have used other Premier Inn's and will continue to do so as they are good value but not in stag citites.
