Extremely polite and helpful staff, room excellent, very clean and spacious had everything we needed for a very relaxing enjoyable nights stay

The location was great for my stay and the hotel facilities were good for business. Good breakfast and evening dining.

Unfortunately during my stay the only rooms available were twin bedded rooms and the beds are definitely to small.

Comfortable and not too busy

Stayed at Team valley with my daughters and friends for a competition we were attending in newcastle. Rooms were fantastic, really comfortable, very fresh and very clean!!! Massive shower!!! Staff were fantastic tending to every need of all the kids and the adults, very polite, really helpful and great warm welcome on arrival. Would definitely recommend to all.

Been told about premier inn before but never believed I could get value for money. Very clean hotel, 2 double beds for us. The staff went the extra mile when we requested for help. I will book next time whenever we go for a trip in uk - for sure

Noise. The hotel is next to the a1 and there was road noise all night. Unable to sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful especially whilst we were trying to prepare for a wedding and there were so many people coming and going with flower deliveries etc! The room was large and comfortable.

For a room for two perhaps more coffee and tea could be provided. Once we've drank a coffee each there's nothing left and you have to call the front desk or wait till housekeeping cleans your room.

the sink is in the room not in bathroom. Some of the carpet in the room and seats in the dining area need attention

The friendlyness of the staff, at all times. The comfort of the rooms and the amazing breakfast.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The staff were all very friendly made us feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable.

It was ok for one night but didnt like the fact that the sink was in the room. Also I booked this as we were going to the metro radio stadium and thought it was closer, had to get taxis into town and back. Had six taxis which made the trip alot more expensive than we thought it would be. Now we know where the metroradio is will stay in the heart of Newcastle next time.

Maybe would have preferred the sink within the bathroom, not outside in the bedroom.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and very accommodating. I found the whole experience to be stress free. .

There could be a bit more car parking and a few more sockets in the wall to plug in mobiles. there was 4 of us all with phones lol

The rooms are quite modern and reasonably spacious

The mattress was a complete disappointment. Having had a comfortable stay at Gatwick we booked Team Valley expecting the same but alas no! We probably won't book again

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The fact that there were NO baths only showers in all rooms and I cannot shower because of a skin problem. If I had known this I would have booked another of your hotels. Service in the restaurant during evening meals was slow, both times we ordered we were told that certain items were not available and I had to send my meal back because the potatoes were not fully cooked. We use Premier Inn a lot and have always been satisfied until this time. We stayed in Newcastle before (near the river) which was very good. I have already booked a room at your hotel in Birmingham NEC for December and hope it has baths as well as showers!!! I await your reply on these comments.

The staff were lovely, room great we had 2 double beds and it still felt spacious, really clean. Food was gorgeous and as the kids had breakfast free with the paying adults it was very budget friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we come to any future events at the Metro Arena :)
