Nice sized family room. Easy walk to loch lomond.
Band playing in bar until late at night.
Stylish bar Location
Shower did not work Breakfast slow to be served and disappointing quality
excellent location, staff helpful, very modern hotel, although a bit pricey
noisy accommodation, our room faced the train station and although we couldnt hear the trains, it was people on the platforms going and coming that made the noise, also the crossing was busy and it kept us awake a lot, as the windows didnt close properly
Staff friendliness, surroundings of bar / restaurant excellent, rooms well appointed. Excellent train link to Glasgow centre. Next to Loch Lomond, easy driving around the surrounding area.
Friendly staff, good food and comfortable bed in a good location. Room was spacious and a large en suite bathroom
some of the staff.
breakfast was cold with poor quality ingredients.also noisy customers watching football in the bar.
it was comfortable and value for money, room size is big , food was also delicious, in parttilar, value for money.
wi-fi facilities needs to be improved.

Cooked breakfast was good
No fruit or yogurt at breakfast.Limited choice of cereal.Dinner was disappointing. No reception.Noisy

Decor of rooms could do with updating No wifi in rooms
Next to loch cruises. Big bathroom. The one bar guy and one girl in the restaurant that didn't look like they were fulfilling a community service requirement.
- Booked twin room online only to be informed by email that they'd already sold it over the phone. Was offered single room with an "extra bed" for lower price which had sounded ok at the time. "Bed" was a (not quite flat) fold-up with wooden slats and a mattress thinner than you'd get in prison (it compressed to 1cm). Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. No spare blankets provided so couldn't add further padding. - Wifi wasn't working in room. In bar area wifi required you to fill in all your contact details (for marketing purposes no doubt) to create an account with the 3rd party wifi provider. - No signs to indicate where to check in. Had to queue at the bar for 15 minutes while they made a dozen coffees for several people (made, not took an order for). - Stupidly large room key. - No dedicated guest parking. Was a busy day and almost didn't get a spot. - Breakfast was uncaringly served by girl who looked like she'd pulled the short straw on the morning shift. Didn't bother asking how I'd like my eggs done and no sugar provided at all which their coffee could've done with. - Bar girl single poured a Guinness. - Most staff were pretty hopeless. After a dozen hotels and b&b's during the trip this was easily the worst one. They looked to do a good turnover in the restaurant due to the cruises across the road, so doubt they'll change anything. Just don't let them give you the "extra bed" if you have to stay there.
Excellent restaurant, good food reasonably price. Nice conservatory to sit in an eat. location of the train station was 10 meter perfect. Just over the road was the Loch, great view.
Only provided one bed for two people, despite two booked. Offered a fold out bed as a compromise, after three hours this has not been sorted out. Then after waiting late at night in the room for them to bring the bed we found that the fold out bed had been left outside the door with sheets. We had to carry the bed in and make the bed ourselves. For £130 a night I would at least expect it to be made for me. Doesn't feel like a hotel, feels like a good restaurant that does rooms on the side. Seems only care and focus is with the restaurant. Worst night sleep ever would never stay here again.
Great location, good room size, facilities and food. &Quot;Next to Station" could be offputting for noise factor- heard no noise- maybe mention it's a small branch line!
&Quot;kid's meals free"- given confusing directions by staff re this ie not made clear this is if you order for them off the adult menu not the child (odd?)
very good location - next to train station and a small walk to Lomond shores. Staff friendly although did seem overstretched. Room lovely - and food in restaraunt was very good.
Ordered dinner and it was served cold, sent it back to kitchen and it returned cold. Cancelled meal and went somewhere else for dinner. Very disappointing
Great Food & Confortable rooms
Restaurant Staff could have been more friendly & visited the table other than when you received your meal or cleared the plates.
Welcoming staff. A nice rissotto .
I'm sorry the steak was chewy
The Manager and staff were very helpful the service and food was good I enjoyed my short stay
Good place to be and Tullie inn is right on the door step of Balloch.
Wi fi no signal in room 11.
The staff were good.
Staff were friendly and very approachable. Comfortable bed and clean, well decorated room.
we thought the rooms were great value for money. The food was excellent and the staff extremely helpful. Did not have any complaints
Excellent location Very good breakfast with attentive staff. Clean
Difficulty with wi fi. Asked at the desk and was told that it could be patchy in rooms but nobody asked how we got on and we gave up. Decided not to eat there in the evening as we were left hanging for 10 mins waiting for a table (there were free ones). Not enough staff on. There was a disco happening that night which although noisy didn't bother us unduly. We were starving and went to the excellent local chippie.
