Tullie Inn  

The staff could not be faulted. They were extremely attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also very good value for money, very good quality with large portions. The wine list was very good indeed for the type of establishment-short but very good quality. In short, we shall be back!

It was very difficult to find fault with the Tullie Inn.

Spacious bar/restaurant facilities. Staff very friendly and efficient. Evening meal was excellent and served very speedily - about 10 mins from ordering. No complaints about breakfast either.

Twin room ok though en-suite rather small but served its purpose. Wouldn't like to have to paint the skirting boards!! One bed very squeaky. A chair would have been useful. Tv should be on wall bracket.

The staff, without exception, were all very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and the refurbished restaurant and bar very attractive, with a very welcoming atmosphere.

It was windy so the windows in my room rattled. There was a quiz night which was quite noisy in my bedroom. The pillows felt a bit flat...but because staff were so lovely they compensated for these things.

The cleanliness of the bed in the room need a bit more improvement. Hope housekeeping would do better job.

Although the room was very comfortable we could have done with a chair/table and maybe a bigger TV than the portable provided.

Lovely small hotel in BALLOCH (not Alexandria which is not picturesque!)withbeautifulconservatory/restaurant/bar area and conveniently close to the "end of line" railway station so no noise. Staff were helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my stay

Bathroom was lovely with good power shower but bath very slow to fill - perhaps some attention is need to the hot water system.

From the minute we stepped in the door we were greeted by name and made to feel at home. The room was a good size, bed very comfortable and loads of towels in the bathroom. An extra electric heater was there if we needed it. The breakfast was excellent. Didn't have any other food as we were out and about in Glasgow at a funeral. Will definitely be going back when the weather gets better. Would highly recommend it.

Friendly staff made my staff feel friendly and comfortable when travelling on my own. Never been to the area before but would go back and stay. The room was comfortable and the towels were lovely white, warm and fluffy. Good selection of food for evening meal and for breakfast. Was refreshed for my work the next day. thank you

The staff were excellent, price was good too. Food was lovely and it had a lovely cosy feel about it. Great location also. I loved the fact that I had put a special request on my booking and the hotel obviously read it and acted on it. Excellent customer service

the staff, the atmosphere, the entertainment were all second to none. Rooms were warm very comfortable and impoetantly quiet. Would definately be back, and would recommend to friends and family. Great value for money.
