Nice country house hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful location and a nice part of NI.
No food available after 9:00pm
Lovely bar/ bistro adjoining.
Welcoming staff,I arrived earlier than I was expected, but it wasn't a problem room was turned round for me very quickly.Harry's bistro served a lovely meal and the next morning the Kitchen Restaurant served a lovely Tyrone fry. Will definitely stay again.
The room was a bit dated but clean and cosy
Everything about Tullylagan Country House is appealing. No noisy kitchen or other fans or traffic noise to break the peaceful tranquility. Other Guests respected the peace. Breakfast eggs were poached just right. Location is convenient. I will return......
1. Having to leave
The hotel is full of country charm and the staff courteous .The room was spacious and contained all the necessary extras that one would expect especially the bottled water provided.Breakfast was a treat with a selection of cereal fruit juices and hot choices. An hotel worth a revisit .
What's not to like! I've stayed here a few times as it's fabulous! Beautiful period building set in amazing grounds with friendly & welcoming staff, beautiful immaculate rooms that are peaceful and so comfortable for a great nights sleep and with all usual complimentary toiletries / tea / coffee facilities and fresh water sourced from the local spring!! The food in both the restaurant and bistro is delicious!!! Can't wait for my next stay!!!
Room decoration, large tv, good wifi, food in Harry's bar and staff in the bar! Hot shower and nice warm room. Complimentary spring water and trouser press.
Noise from adjoining bedroom, length of time it took shower to get warm and few dead flies on window sill both nights I stayed. Not sure everyone would appreciate the large free range dog who is very friendly and like to play fetch!
Old and antique but not run down. Lovely location - very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Ate dinner at their restaurant - food was great.
Slow service at dinner - but waiter noticed and gave us complimentary drinks :)
Good location and a very nice old building food in Harry's bistro is excellent and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is very good and enough for anyone. Staff are friendly.
WiFi signal is not always that good, but it is free. Mobile signal (on EE) is virtually non-existant
Excellent tranquil hotel. Love the peaceful country surroundings. Menu has been improved and there is now a great selection of wonderful food.
The location was lovely and peaceful with the garden walk and the river flowing great place to relax .
I wish we could stay longer but we will be back asap
Beautiful hotel and gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Food in Harrys Bar and Bistro enjoyable and it was lovely to sit in the courtyard on a warm summers evening to eat our meal.
The breakfast was disappointing. The croissants and bread were stale and the poached eggs could have been presented nicely instead of being thrown on a plate hidden under toast and not drained properly.
A lovely historic house in a country setting
Phone reception was very poor and the bistro restaurant was in another building. The food in the bistro was quite poor and yet quite expensive.
What I did like I liked the room, had a nice country hotel feel. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The restaurant on site was very good and reasonable; we all had an enjoyable evening.
What I didn’t like It would be nice if the cost was a bit lower I would stay more often.
Im a returning guest as I absolutely love this place which is set in a Beautiful stunning country house and grounds, immaculate, large, peacefull and extremely comfortable rooms & ensuite, all with large tv, wifi and tea/coffee facilities and complimentary spring water straight from the local spring! Food this time was in the bistro which was delicious and the staff were friendly helpful as always.
Lovely place quiet location Great food & friendly staff
nothing to dislike at all
It is always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Everything from the friendliness of the reception staff, to the quality of the rooms, to the restaurant staff (both breakfast and dinner) is always second to none. I always make sure when travelling around Northern Ireland I have a reason to stay here!!
Very friendly staff beautiful setting would love to have stayed longer. Definitely worth the money ,,,,, food fabulous ,,, .... Decor elegant
I attended a wedding at the Tullylagan country house hotel in April. I found it was a remote location with lovely surrounding scenery, which is ideal for weddings. The staff helpful and the room was good value for money.
The location and the style of the house. Staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.
staff did their level-best to accommodate my gluten and dairy free diet, loved the athmosphere of the house and the grounds around it as well as the residents dogs that were greeting me at arrival
Felt like an old Country Mansion, although it's a relatively "young" building.
A little too far out of town but to enjoy peace & quiet it was worth it.
Staff friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The restaurant; intimate without being claustrophobic. The food; competent comfort/home cooking. The sense of being in the country/parkland.
Felt they could have done more to promote local produce. Apples for instance and the preserves at breakfast. Should I have to ask for freshly ground pepper? Trivial, I know, but you did ask.
Beautiful setting and such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Wished I had been staying longer.
Pillows a bit hard. Water in Shower just luke warm so missed my early morning HOT shower!
The front of house, large reception with open fire and comfy sofas, lovely staff and great food.
My room was a disappointment - no plug by the kettle, all a bit tired, cheap reproduction prints and a view of scruffy bare flower beds out the back.
