The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient for work and leisure.
The bedding was too light, but that is just a personal preference.
The location is amazing, and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely stay at a Tune Hotel again.
The bed was very uncomfortable
Very clean, excellent location near the city center, free WiFi, comfortable bed. Excellent!
Room a little bit small, but does not cause major disruptions.
I stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights whilst visiting Edinburgh. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. The 100 bus drops you outside the hotel from the airport. Excellent location and within walking distance of the castle and Princes street etc. I would recommend this hotel. There is a fab restaurant next door called Platform 5 which had two steaks and a bottle of wine for £20!! Excellent Hotel!
Staff so helpful and friendly on day we checked in. Hotel was beautiful. Liked the security aspect of it
Possibly because I booked through an agent I found the price extortionist for what I got. Different staff when we checked out. They were totally disinterested and offhand
Very clean. Newly built hotel, only opened a year or so ago, so everything is modern and in good working order. EXCELLENT location right opposite Haymarket station and tram stop.
It's a lower-end budget hotel, so given the price I genuinely think you get what you pay for. The main thing is - it's clean.
Ideal location, handy for train, tram and buses.
A bit tight but room for a couple of chairs !! No tea and coffee making in room - essential !!
The location is excellent close to all amenities. Train and tram link excellent.
The bed was awful very uncomfortable and bedding was thin as paper! With holes in the covers.
Location - 15 min walk from the centre, literally opposite haymarket train station, pub next door Staff - very good
no wardrobe, no space to walk, the fire alarm woke us up at 8am but anyway at 9 am we wake up for the cleaner's noise. Bad experience
Super clean and good staff.
Located close by to the centre of Edinburgh, situated about 10 minutes from the castle and the international rugby stadium.
Very basic but fine if not expecting to spend a lot of time there. Make sure you get the toiletries package otherwise you will not get towels!
Shower room had everything you need good and secure needing card for access to lifts etc.
Rooms are very small
Clean room felt secure with no body able to wonder in off street bed was lovely and comfy
No kettle spoilt it being ten out of ten and no free wi fi you should say as well theirs breakfast available next door and private cafes close to hotel
The hotel was opposite the Haymarket Station which was very handy. There were plenty of good pubs and cafes nearby, and the sights were near enough to walk to. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were not troubled by noise.
A few things were not working - the bathroom extractor fan, the window catch and the safe. We would have liked a kettle in the room!
This hotel is ideally located, within easy walking distance of several pubs and cafés, the city centre and castle and with good bus links to the zoo and airport. The room is small and very basic, but clean. If you're not plannibg to spend much time in the room, it's great value for money.
The staff were polite, local stores and train station close by and hotel room was very comfy.
Double not spacious and no car park, was able to park on side road but very expensive and limited spaces.
Location and restaurant/bar
Size of room. Small bed
Needed more pillows
helpful staff, clean good location
No parking facilities, charge for use of hair dryer and tv.
Clean friendly not noisy secure
Would of lovely tea making facility in room
Just across the road from Haymarket train station. Quick to check in. Staff really nice and answered the questions I asked.
Noise from other guests at 3.00am but that was not the hotels fault just inconsiderate people.
First hotel I've ever stayed in without a kettle!
