Location great. Short walk into town. Really useful to be able to arrive early and park at guesthouse. Owner most helpful as to where to visit and places to eat Food excellent. Spotlessly clean Lovely extra touches like port in room and a box of fudge
The room we had was above kitchen so quite noisy in the morning
The best B&B we've stayed in in terms of details. All sorts of little extras in the room and on the tea tray. Shows thoughtfulness. Superb choice of breakfasts and what we had was lovely. Easy short walk to town. Friendly welcome and helpful local advice.
Traffic noise was noticeable in our room which was at the front (and it was warm so we had the window open). Unavoidable of course, but just noting it for other guests in case that's important to them. Would have liked a mini shampoo as well as shower gel please - my hair went a bit fuzzy :)
Goes above and beyond the expected in caring for the comfort of the guests. Throughout there is attention to detail - in the furnishings, the amenities, the welcome cup of tea -all first class. Location is perfect for visiting the theatre and sightseeing the historic town. Off-road free parking is a bonus.
Annie and her staff, great attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed 2 nights but wanted to stay longer, unable to due to other commitments. We will certainly visit Stratford upon Avon again staying at the Twelfth Night. see you soon Annie xx.
Annie location food cleanness
traffic noise clutter in the room small room
Twelfth Night Guesthouse was an outstanding place to stay, the care that the proprietor has taken to make the guesthouse feel like it was home from home is fab! We loved it...Would definitely return for a longer stay.
There was nothing negative we could say about this guesthouse.
We loved the location, very near the town. Very comfortablr room lots of extras.
Car park isnt that easy to find, there needs to be a sign up. Room was small, and we thought for £95 there would be a bath..
They have excellent breakfast options where you get to select what you want to eat (and if the big meaty english breakfast isn't your thing they have plenty of other excellent choices - I had smoked salmon and croissant). It's tastefully decorated to highlight the Shakespeare legacy and the hosts are very welcoming.
A great period house which was immaculate and well presented, Annie the owner has an excellent host, the room was warm and comfortable and I would highly recommend the Twelfth Night to anyone who's looking for a high quality period guest house.
Friendliness of staff Little touches like sherry in the room
Annie is a delight. Nothing is spared to make one welcome
Everything was splendid
Lots of extras - tea and scones, chocolates, port, excellent breakfast choices.
location exellent , lovely clean room food good very obliging would go back .
Everything. Annie - she gives the impression nothing is too much trouble and is lovely and welcoming. Breakfasts are really delicious with loads of choice. Rooms nicely furnished with everything thought of. Very handy location for the station, theatre and town centre. A real treat.
Annie Breakfast convenience
The room was right at the top of the house and quite small.
This is a wonderful place - we had top class service from Annie and would definitely return! Location is great and also free parking is a bonus.
Annie was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was very tasty and there was of plenty of it. As other reviewers have mentioned the location is excellent- within easy reach of the town and theatre. The car parking was a bonus
Annie is so kind, the breakfast is amazing in the morning, and it has quite a Shakespeare feel!
Rooms lovely although small in size. Best value accommodation of our trip.
the owner warm the place charming
Very friendly staff and the english breakfast was very good. Great location, close to the main town centre. Parking was a real bonus as well.
Shower room was tiny and a bit claustrophobic. Room wasn't very big either. We were at the top of the house which although had a nice slanting skylight it all felt a bit cramped. If you had a first floor room I expect it was all a bit bigger.
Impeccably furnished and kept. Exceptional breakfast from a relaxed and welcoming host. Great location to see the sights. Thanks again.
Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Staff brilliant, including Annie's Mum! Would definitely recommend.
Just something to be aware of in first floor front - shower steps out straight into bedroom which might be a wee bit disconcerting. Gorgeous bedroom otherwise.
Hostess was lovely and room was nice. A good breakfast selection.
Car park was not easy to find and a bit of a walk with the luggage, especially if it is raining.
