comfy beds, very clean, delicious breakfast
shower cubicles in some rooms small - if a larger person be sure to ask for a room with a decent size shower.
Friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. Quiet hotel in quiet location.
Booked a luxury double room which was clean and comfortable but on the small side... supposedly larger than a standard room.
The inclusive breakfast was fantastic, as was the staff responsible for breakfast service. First class. Earl's Court is great for the tube
I know there have been some great marks on here but this place is nothing fantastic. Typical london style, tiny room too much furniture and too much cost. Bed was saggy
Too warm Very small space Misleading information ( fresh orange juice from a card box)
We did have breakfast in bed even though not normal for the room we occupied. The staff were helpful and polite.
the window had a four inch gap at the bottom. There was some sort of heating under the mattress and it was uncomfortably hot. We paid more for a better room but it wasn't. The decorating was of a very poor standard could do better myself. we were disappointed with this stay and won't book again.
Great breakfast with cappuccino option. Quiet room with balcony
No chair in the room meant you can only sit on the bed No kettle in rom but tea available 24/7 from reception
It was close to Earls Court, small but clean room and excellent value for money at £120
The bar was a bit under stocked
Great hotel with friendly staff; bed really comfortable.
Hot water not working in the morning. Hotel very apologetic, but not a great start to a day
Arrived at the hotel early Friday evening and from the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome ,staff are friendly courteous and always greet you with a smile, lovelly hotel, looking forward to my next visit!
Staff welcome, Location, interiors, breakfast.
room was warm as at the top of the buidling. lights in bathroom on sensor so turn off if no movement! a bit of a shock when having a shower! no mirror in bedroom.
The Pasha room
the very cramped conditions of the reception area. Poor receptionist.
Cleanliness Friendliness of staff Breakfast Location Free tea and coffee
Great location. Very convenient for Underground station. Friendly and helpful staff. Flexible breakfast arrangement.
Stayed in "Solarium". Extremely cold room - may be the reason why the hotel had put three heating devices in the room....
Location, staff, themed room, room terrace and continental Breakfast included.
Even the deluxe double was a little cramped with no chair. The whole hotel was a little too warm for comfort.
Excellent service from staff, getting cups of coffee, etc. Room decor and bathroom fittings Location was good, nice neighbourhood, although Earls Court often needs an extra change on the tube.
Room quite cramped, but nice. Scrambled eggs not good! (breakfast the first day was nice...poached eggs, excellent continental breakfast).
Location was in easy travelling distance of the city centre and attractions but in a quiet square with a lovely view over the gardens. Quality of the furnishings were of a good standard in the room and the room was very comfortable and ideal to chill out in. Staff were very polite and helpful during our stay.
Location as we were visiting friends round the corner.
Room was a bit too small.
excellent hotel best stay ever in London, quiet, clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, lovely hotel will definitely return.
Room too small Bathroom too small No air conditioning
Guys, please do not hesitate to take a Ottoman Suite(Luxury Suite) in this hotel.I have never had that delightful and incredably cozy stay since i even started to check out hotels regularly. The fireplace, the balcony overlooking the hood, the coomfort and space. It was soo good.I am def.coming back very soon.
Had no chance to look around and see much of a hotel but the only minus would be that I could here people talking watching a TV etc.But i guess there is not that much you could do about it and its not that disturbing anyway
Stylish, well furnished and comfortable. At the discounted price, it was very good value. At full price, it would have been less so.
The remote on the TV did not work and the number of channels was limited. The continental breakfast was only adequate.
We liked the location. Very close o Earl's Court tube station. Good breakfast with good coffee. Friendly staff. Rooms are small but adequate. Solarium rooms are good for smokers as they open up to a small courtyard. Very quiet location which is rare in London
I found an empty bottle under the bed and a charm on the carpet which made me a bit suspicious.
