Beautiful view to the park - if you are lucky and get a room with a view! Quiet and convenient location. It seems to be that with the same room price you can receive very different type of rooms. Some are very small and with no view and some huge with a great view. You definitively do not know before hand what kind of room you get.

The hotel is convieniently located within an easy five minute walk of Earls Court tube station. Earls Court exhibition centre and a large 24 hour Tesco supermarket is also within a similar walking distance. The hotel itself is located on attractive, quiet side street. The room, while small, are smartly furnished and well appointed. I've stayed at this hotel regularly for many years. Its only drawback is inefficient and often clumsy layout of its breakfast room. The room is furnished with large circular tables with chunky iron legs. The design provides limited space for resting your legs when sitting making for a uncomfortable dining experience. The shape of the tables also makes for an incredibly inefficient room layout which limits the number of diners at one seating. Rather than replace these inappropriate tables the hotel has restored to making guests book a seat in the weekend. However, during the week guests are forced to wait up to half an hour for a table as no booking schedule operates.

The location was great. Reception staff were good. Room was large and bed comfortable. Ancillary hotel staff didn't understand much of what was asked of them. In my room (3) in the basement - although and "upgrade" was larger than expected it was next to a room containing refrigeration equipment so until midnight there was a loud noise and vibration from these. Although the room faced a courtyard the patio doors were opaque making it feel rather "bunker-like". Silly motion sensing light in the bathroom kept switching on and off inconveniently. Hotel had the feel of having just changed hands. There was "stuff" everywhere from reception to corridors that made it feel very scruffy. Outside patio could have been lovely but was full of ladders and building material. WiFi signal was very weak.

Location. We were given the Mezzanine Room. The height of the bedroom area (lofted) was under 6 feet, with a huge beam running horizontally over the bed at under 5 ft. It was accessed by a narrow stair with no railing and slippery stairs. The fan and phone in the room were broken. I slipped and fell off the stairs while trying to plug the fan into a new outlet, causing me to hit my head on the bathroom door. We asked for a new room. The staff never apologized to me or asked me if I needed any assistance. When the porter came to the room, he only tried to fix the fan and phone. He never offered to help move the luggage. We ended up in a tiny room, and they never offered any refund for the rate. This is not a 4 star property. I will be making a formal complaint to the hotel.

Nice terrasse. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very tiny room! One of the small hotel rooms I have stayed at in my life. Very expensive considering the size of the room.

Very attractive building and location. Conveniently near Earls Court Tube station. Lovely fresh food at breakfast. Whilst the bedroom was very clean and comfortable, we were put in the basement. This proved to be very noisy in the early morning, with staff talking and clattering about. In the section "During your stay at the hotel, were you travelling as...?", There was no category that described me correctly. I was sharing a twin-bedded room with my daughter.

Best hotel I've stayed in London; very relaxing and comfortable. It's an oasis of calm in the busy capital. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful breakfast, very nice staff members, nice bathroom, coffee and tea available all day for free Very very small room (in the 'deluxe double room' category), there was only a bad, and.. that's it. There was also a very nice patio but it was too cold to go outside :)

Nice cozy hotel, with small rooms, like the majority in London, room clean enough (during stay found out own hairs on the corners of bathroom floor), daily change of towels, breakfast ok - not very rich, but good to start the day with a cup of coffee. Had one twin room - on the 1st floor - nice terrace view over the hotel's garden, small closet - but no need for a bigger one for a 4 day stay, good division of room space. The hotel has a fare money for value proportion. Totally recommend it if you can live with small fixable inconveniences. Poor English of some personnel members Not knowing to give directions advice although they must be subject to this kind of questions daily... Malfunction of water boiler one night - having to be fixed on place and it took about half hour ;(

Beautiful hotel, and included breakfast was lovely. Very convenient to the tube, and in a wonderful quiet location. We'd return and will recommend to others. Room was small, and no tub, only shower; however, these were minor inconveniences.

The hotel staff went out of its way to accomodate me. I arrived a good while before their normal checkin time and they were kind enough to make every effort to prepare my room. This meant a great deal as I was enormously tired from a very long journey. I found the hotel to be exceptionally charming, comfortable and very very quiet. Everything was wonderful.

Really great location very close to Earls Court tube. Nice rooms with a boutique feel, our room had a tiny lounge area on the end, which was nice. Good value for money when you consider comparable accommodation in London. Lovely continental breakfast included in price. The room could have been cleaner, there were some cobwebs on the ceiling and it can get a little chilly in the room.

The staff is extremely friendly. The location is ok (two underground lines), very quiet hotel. The breakfest is simple, but ok. The room is tiny. I got one with a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Nice room, except for the internal size. It was difficult to find place to unpack the luggages. But considering pros and cons, I would certainly stay again at this hotel.

Elegant hotel in a quiet square but only 5 mins from Earls Ct tube station. We had a very good deal with Booking .com, but wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price !. The Pasha suite is a lovely room overlooking the gardens of Nevern Sq. No air-con so could be a problem in the summer. Continental breakfast was good with fresh fruit etc. Would go back but only if we paid the same price. Very friendly and helpful staff

Location can't be beat, very friendly staff, especially the young man who worked the evening shift at reception on the 27th of January. Breakfast was good, price ok for the size of the room. No option to turn off the radiators, luckily the windows opened.
