The location was great. Reception staff were good. Room was large and bed comfortable. Ancillary hotel staff didn't understand much of what was asked of them. In my room (3) in the basement - although and "upgrade" was larger than expected it was next to a room containing refrigeration equipment so until midnight there was a loud noise and vibration from these. Although the room faced a courtyard the patio doors were opaque making it feel rather "bunker-like". Silly motion sensing light in the bathroom kept switching on and off inconveniently. Hotel had the feel of having just changed hands. There was "stuff" everywhere from reception to corridors that made it feel very scruffy. Outside patio could have been lovely but was full of ladders and building material. WiFi signal was very weak.

At last a really good hotel in London!! No more moquette, but wood and a design respecting the style. We were in Solarium room: light and design. Really comfortable. Hotel is situated in a nice quiet square with garden, 2 min walking to Earl's court tube station, many facilities shops around. International healthy breakfast served. I surely recomanded it! No door for a private shower....but it doesn't matter

Excellent value. Good quality furnishings, ie four-poster bed and decent sized-room. Continental breakfast was fine. Staff very friendly and courteous. Location is good for Earl's Court tube, which has plenty of connections. I would have liked a desk or larger table to work on. My room (#4) had a small round table that was adequate, but not ideal.

A wonderful hotel. All staff where helpful and friendly. I booked the hotel as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. She loved the four poster bed and breakfast in bed. It's less than 3 min walk to the tube so was ideal to get to the heart of London to do some shopping and a night at the theatre. Thank you to all the staff at Twenty Nevern Square.

We were upgraded to a luxury double suite when we arrived, and the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The tube station is 5 minutes away, and Nevern Square is very quiet. A very good hotel to stay for a city break away.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast in bed was a wonderful service, the view of the gardens was lovely, the location was superb There was no toothpaste, the bedside lights didn't work (we didn't complain about these things so do not know if they would have been dealt with quickly), the room was quite small even though we ordered the luxury size

The Location was 5mins walk to the event. Saldy no Tea or coffee facilities in the room and as the room was a small double was very hot, even with the fan on! The curtains could do with a clean and were hanging off some of the curtain clips. clean bathroom. The staff at breakfast did not inform me of the available toaster that I saw when I left the room and the amstophere was not relaxing,as you had to book a time for breakfast. as above - can be noisy if you open the window, but I know you are in london, but the hotel lacked attentive staff.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - especially if you are going to Earls Court. Either way, the tube is literally around the corner so access to London for shopping/sightseeing is great. We were upgraded to the Ottaman Suite which was absolutely great, the room was really spacious, although it was an additional £9 each for an english breakfast, it was delicious andd freshly cooked. Staff were friendly, helpful - nothing was too much for them. Only minor complaint was that there were no tea and coffee making facilites in the room; although room service was excellent and very quick, fresh milk would have been preferable instead of the little plastic pre-packed milk provided.

We arrived to the pleasant surprise of an upgrade to the Pasha Suite. The room was spacious and lovely with a small balcony overlooking the quiet Nevern Square Park. The marble bathroom was perfect and well equipped with large, plush towels and quality bath robes. We enjoyed the complementary room service coffees and the continental breakfast decent and functional. We didn't stay in the lower level/basement rooms, but my impression was that it's worth the extra money for the (slightly) more expensive rooms.

Unfortunately did not get room I booked for due to a mix up, ordered a luxury suite and in the end given a basement one with no window or air. The breakfast we ordered for six came at different times and was on cold plates. The two that came first were consumed before another one came which was consumed before the remaining three arrived. This was a family celebration which was nearly spoiled by events.

Location was great for earls court as we were attending the ideal home show. The toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived. We asked the staff to clean whilst we were out, when we returned it had not been cleaned. Ingot stuck in the shower due to a faulty catch on the door. The light sensor went off and I could not get out. My boyfriend managed to unlock the bathroom door and get me out. I complained to the receptionist and she did not apologise. She only stated they had never had a problem with it before! Not great for an 4 * hotel at £125 a night

I got a very good rate from Booking .Com. The location is excellent as only a few minutes walk fronm Earls Court Tube which is on the Picadilly and District lines. The bedroom was attractive with a decent sized four poster. The staff were helpful and friendly and recommended The Little French Restaurant a few minutes walk away for dinner which was amazing value. Under £10 for three courses with atmosphere! The continental breakfast was more than adequate. Shower room slightly on the small side. Some noise from people in room above and from water being flushed.

It's 3 minutes from Erals Court tube and has great view on the park. Funny design with a crown above our bed. The bathroom and the bed were perfectly clean. We took usual double room and it was tiny, but we only slept there, so it didn't matter.
