excellent front desk staff that was friendly & helpful room was clean & cozy bathroom was nice with a comfortable bath tube WiFi connection was fast & stable I enjoyed the stay at that hotel and I will stay there again in future
Excellent location and very welcoming staff.
Converted terrace house typical of many London hotels. Room size will vary enormously and noise (from creaky floorboards to neighbours) will always be a problem compared to purpose built hotels.
We thought the hotel was really lovely. We got upgraded to a room with a four poster bed which was lovely. The bathroom was a nice size and shower was a good pressure.
Wifi was a bit slow but considering it's free I shouldn't complain.
ottman suite is fantastic value....
Continental bfast vv good
Lift was slow and would like own tea making facilities
Friendly staff, very helpful arranging an early breakfast as son had an interview to attend
I took my father to visit the museums of London, so the location of the hotel was ideal. We walked to the National History Museum in 15 minutes. Earls Court underground was 2 minutes walk with the District/Circle lines reaching most of the City attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly and Continental Breakfast provided was excellent.
There were no Tea and Coffee facilities in the rooms but the Free Room Service providing unlimited Tea and Coffee more than made up for this.
Room was piping hot (had noticed others' reviews saying they were cold in November) but we were able to open window and turn radiator off and on again as needed.
Location and staff were polite and welcoming.
Breakfast area is small so usually had to wait for breakfast and share a table with other guests.
The staff was so courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. I LOVED the breakfast every morning! That was so wonderful to have REAL tea and REAL coffee, and fresh fruit. To be honest, I couldn't believe it.
I can't honestly think of anything....
Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Great value for money.
Bath in the middle of room.
Location and breakfast
the shower head sprayed everywhere
Excellent service, Very friendly and competent team. Another time we`ll choose a bigger room.
zu wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer und im Bad.(Tischchen, Kleiderständer, Handtuchhalter)
Very comfortable bed and very quiet location making for a great night's sleep. Excellent continental breakfast included in price. Thank you to all the friendly efficient staff.
Exceptionally friendly staff who gave a great welcome. Receptionist Kasia was outstanding. Great location with easy access to public transport. Parking provided by hotel. No congestion charge. Comfortable room. Recommended
Breakfast was only fair. Nothing wrong but very average. Parking was limited, but essential, and had it not been available we would have had a problem and would possibly have had to stay elsewhere as we could not identify medium term public parking in the vicinity.
Excellent breakfast, efficient staff, good tea service. Comfortable if small bed. Good overall cleanliness.
Limited relaxation area, very small double room on the 4th floor with no seating area. Slow lift.
Good location, 5 minutes walk from the Earls Court tube station, direct line from Heathrow to Picadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Kings Cross, in a quiet zone. Reception staff extremely welcoming and helpful, a real pleasure. Continental or english breakfast, very good. Excellent coffee, efficient service staff. The bed was good although it looked more like a double queen size than a real king size. There is no kettle to make tea, but you can order tea at the reception and they bring it to the room.
Room a bit small for a 4 stars hotel, but hey, that's London ! The only real problem is the washbasin in the bathroom. It's a half-sphere in the corner with no room to wash your hands. A nice design though, but not handy at all.
Everything. Fist of all the friendly efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely decor. Fabulous breakfast ( full English was possible at a very reasonable price but the continental breakfast was huge ! Lovely fresh fruit. So we just had that). 2 minutes from the tube. Pefect.
The room and hotel were of a good standard.
There was a problem with the heating which was constantly on making the room unbearable. I mentioned it once and nothing happened. I phoned about it a second time and someone attended and said they would turn it off but they actually did nothing. Unacceptably poor 'service' given the cost of the room. Willl never be back.
We stayed for two nights, the first of which we got upgraded to a suite which was excellent.
The second night when we moved into the deluxe double room we originally booked, the room itself was nice, however it was located in the basement next the laundry room and staff area. In the morning the noise of the staff in particular was extremely loud and felt as though they had no consideration for sleeping guests.
Rooms and breakfast room are really too small
Personal amable, buen desayuno, WiFi gratis. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, Freezer WiFi.
Habitación diminuta, un auténtico horno agobiante por la calefacción (ventanas abiertas en diciembre para dormir), la ducha del baño pequeña. Very small room, a real oven due to the heating (windows opened in december to sleep), small shower.
Staff we wonderful, place were fab and we were upgraded to a suite - which was amazing! Would defo recommend a stay here.
