Pretty much everything else, regrettably.
Staff were polite and friendly and check in was smooth. Great wifi bandwidth.
Location, close to underground, clean, staff, breakfast, price.
Room a bit small
Birds singing, beautiful view of square, stunning spacious room. Cotton bed linen, nice staff and discreet
Room 8 was laughably small!! Noise people In adjacent rooms, which is not the hotel's fault
Staff seemed friendly Well decorated Reasonably good location. Free continental breakfast
Prices go up steeply in the summer months!
Friendly, comfortable, great location, felt safe for solo traveller
Bathroom smelt rather unpleasant on arrival. A number of lights were not working in the bathroom. The bed was very small for a double and the room was so warm and noisy that we struggled to get to sleep. The television cabinet needed propping open with my suitcase in order to keep it open...not practical. All in all, what with the broken tiles on the bathroom wall and huge air con unit that took up what little space we had, not a great impression!
Breakfast staff in the morning were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the breakfast room was pleasant, bright and airy.
Can not Think of anything!
I enjoyed the charm and character of the hotel as well as the service provided. It feels real and personal. The beds are very comfortable. "Continental" breakfast is offered but it is a lot more substantial ! The hotel is very Clean!
No tea coffee or making facilities in room despite being called a "Luxury Room". Room small.
It's really hot in the hotel, maybe its because we were there when it was 20 degrees outside, or that we stayed on the top floor below the roof but our room was really hot. But in my opinion, this shouldn't stop you from staying at this lovely hotel.
The service was great, the personal was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself looked really nice and you knew that the people running it took good care of it. Our room was small, but functional (but we did order a small room so no complaints here). We had a small terrace with a nice urban view. The location is awesome as well, it's 2 minutes away from the Tube station 'Earls court' where you can take the picadilly line or discrict line to anywhere in the city. From earls cour to Picadilly and Soho is only 15 minutes on the tube.
nothing, it was great!
friendly staff, very good location, small but efficiently designed room, average breakfast
Everything, from the location to the room, the staff, the decor.everything.
we had a courtyard room which was in the basement. This was very noisy early in the morning when staff were preparing breakfast. It would not prevent me booking again and would request a room on another floor.
Staff helpfull and professional. Location good only a short walk to Earls Court tube. Hotel was nicely decorated and furnished.
It's a little bit hot in the room, and it's not convenient to open the window.
Good price, friendly staff, comfortable bed. It's a valuable hotel I would like to come again.
Great location, great hospitality and excellent value. ..Top little hotel.
Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 2 days and it was fantastic! Excellent service along with a lovely room with amazing facilities, I would highly recommend this place! :)
Only thing is that the Room was really small
Earl court station two blocks away, good food options near the station
Room really little (7 m2) and with the cradle for the baby thare was no space to move. No fridge available in the room
The staff was really helpful
2 Rooms we experienced (6 and then 3) were dark and dingy and both noisy. Poor quality sleep
Moved to Scheherazade Suite which was spacious
Hotel room we stayed in is in a converted flat next door to the hotel itself. The flat is made up of three hotel rooms, walls are quite thin, could hear next-doors conversation. Bathroom could do with a revamp, basin is cracked, shower leaks and shower is not very modern. Not recommended for anyone over 5'9" due to height of ceilings.
Nice and near earls court tube station. Stayed in mezzanine room which was a different experience to your usual hotel room, made the space feel a lot bigger.
Rooms on the small side and not sound proof enough.
Excellent location and close to Earls Court tube. Extremely professional and helpful staff. Good WIFI..
Our room was very warm at night even with no heating. Stayed for 3 nights and they offered a change of room for our last night, we declined this as we were about to leave hotel for the day. Rooms are very small.
Good location. Rooms and hotel very clean with good continental breakfast.
The only thing that let the room down was the shower,a little weak and the head was leaking all over the place.
Everything, the apartment was fantastic, very comfortable massive double bed good quality furniture,tv was a good size and up to date. The use off the balcony was lovely gave a good view of the square, but the best thing was the roll top bath next to the open fire what a treat.Breakfast was nice, continental style, very fresh and plenty to choose from.
Bed too short/ small. Room too small for 2 people. Shower temperature impossible to adjust: either very hot or cold. Walls and doors flimsy. Could hear what went on next door often and the couple's conversation. Also got woken up at night when next room's door was closing. No tea/ coffee in the room.
Friendly staff. About 5 mins' walk from Earl's Court tube. Wifi was stable.
The breakfast was scanty even for a continental variety!
The location was amazingly good and the staff were very nice
