Very clean, amazing room, brilliant beaks fast, good value for money.
Couldn't open the windows, it was a hot night and the bathroom could do with some work, no shelf for ladies toiletries and lighting not good for ladies makeup.
The unique and antique feel to the place was exactly what we were looking for. If you want to avoid the typicality of "deluxe" or "executive" suits, this is place the go! The quietness and cosiness of being tucked away, around the corner from Earls Court Station was also great, alongside the garden in the square which added to the feel of the location and our stay. The breakfast including was also fantastic and had a great variety to choose from!
Quiet location near tube station. Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Breakfast very good choice. Obliging staff.
If hotels upgrade as your room is not available they should do this for the length of the stay. To be in one room one night and another the next makes for 2 unsettled nights sleep and no opportunity to unpack and settle in. The loo in the 1st room was so near the wall it made it impossible to sit on, even if your a size 6 and I'm not! Lovely room 2nd room ok but bit of a shift down when it was a special celebration break.
Very good location near Earls Court underground station. Set in a quiet road, pleasant staff, clean room & good continental breakfast. Our 2nd visit to this hotel.
We were in the Solarium (next door building) & although we knew beforehand it would be compact you couldn't get to the wardrobe without squeezing past a chair & there was no where else to put the chair. Floors were very squeaky. Reflected in the price for the room though & we booked very late. The main hotel is very nice.
Small stuffy room with very poor ventilation
Such great value for money, very clean and quite luxurious. Will definitely use again.
Good room size - Nice furniture - Nice suite at lower ground level - Affable personnel
No toilet brush - No hand shower - Poor phone signal in the room
Fantastic little hotel in a great location overlooking the garden square. On arrival we receive a complimentary upgrade to the suite.
Nothing of note.
Location Quietness Staff
Almost everything. Room, location, ipod docking station.
They brag with free tee, but when we ordered camomile tee they charge us 2.5 pound for one tee.
Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff could not have been more accommodating or made us feel more welcome. I stayed with my 23 month old daughter and did not request a cot but they already had set one up for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing location in a beautiful quiet square just a couple of minutes walk from Earls Court Road with tube and busses. The breakfast was wonderful too. So much selection for continental and a great full breakfast menu too with fab choice for veggies. I will definitely book again!
Room was at top of hotel and very hot, although this is a feature of London hotels in the Summer, so I was prepared for it.
The bed was great, large bathroom fantastic view. Very helpful and polite staff. Near to tube station and local dinning with a great selection. Essentially what you expect with no dissapointment.
The room was very quiet and clean. Bed comfortable. Room a bit small but we understood this in advance so not a problem.
-Location -Friendly staff -Clean -Fast (free) wifi -Got a very good value late rate
-Rooms are small and quite strange conversions in many cases... i spent one night in the 'mezzanine' whose roof is less than 6 foot hight with a large joist running across the middle of the room that you constantly have to duck under -Some street noise in the main hotel and the mezzanine flat was in a block next door that had other residents / tenants banging doors through the night
It was great that staff took mobile air condition to my room when i request.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff offering a fresh, efficient and courteous service. Great price which included a fabulous continental breakfast and an excellent concierge service.
The bathroom lighting is on a sensor and frequently went out when showering etc. There was no way of keeping the light on other than opening the shower door to activate the sensor. In all fairness, I did not ask staff about this as it may have been easily resolved.
Good breakfast, clean room, WIFI
Poor air conditioning / ventilation
The location was perfect near the tube to get around London easily Hotel was charming our room looked over the leafy square Tea and coffee were bought to the room whenever requested Staff very polite We would stay here again and highly recommend it
Size of Pasha suite, decor
Breakfast options average
Location, hospitality and welcome of staff who were very accommodating, breakfast was really good and very clean.
good location near Earl's court metro station & shuttle stop from Gatwick. Some nice pubs & food places near by. Good continental breakfast included.
Room was a little bit small, and noisy aircon.
Nice hotel, well laid out room. Good location close to Earls Court station.
Four poster bedroom was lovely, comfortable lush bed, tv with lots of channels, nice bathroom & good location
Could hear footsteps at night time above from other rooms, staff didn't take out rubbish during 'make up your room'
