It was o.k. No, really.
Smell of - what could've been - cat pee. Mind you, my running shoes smell like that when I've been running in the rain. But I didn't have them with me on this trip.
Mould in toilet and shower room Cooker filthy dirty
Staff were very friendly and extremely polite.
wi fi kept cutting out but may have been down to the weather being bad.
Flexibility of staff Quiet location Well planned layout
Mould forming on shower roof Bedding smelt of old smoke
Cheap and cheerful.
Nothing, not to like!
A needed a bed at the last minute in this part of London, and TGH provided it at a reasonable price
Size of room (7ft x 7ft). Bed sheets not fitting. Located next to busy A road and under Heathrow flight path. VERY noise shower. Cold water hardly runs. Radiator could not be turned off. Fire escape blocked.
I had requested a room with full length mirror with is what I got.
Tiny room, small single bed (however very comfortable) and tiny bathroom
Very small room sand tiny bathroom
The position of the guest house is very convenient for Twickenham and the surrounding area, there is some car parking available.
Building a little well used, and accommodation expensive, the shower smelt after it was used of damp otherwise ok
Double room was ok.. Place needs a good tidy up..very tired other than the refurbed bedroom I was in
Stayed 2 nights in a single room.. Incredibly small.. Very tired room..bathroom a complete joke very poor
It was good to know that all request were satisfied. 2 young men even sat with me whilst I was having heat problems 1am to 2 am in the morning, ended up calling an ambulance for me. The guest house needs updating but what it lack is more than made up for in the helpfulness of the staff. It is also 5 minuets from the station and Twickenham stadium, buses are even closer. Janet Craig
Friendly, reasonably helpful. It's ok for transit or the odd night
Lack of parking, only 4 on site slots the rest is on the road and parking restrictions do apply. Means you are limited when you leave and when you come back. Breakfast limited. Noisy if in in room at back, close to main road
Great location, very close to the stadium, good full English breakfast.
very very tiny room, looks like the walls were built around the bed. Strong breakfast smells in the morning.
Location. Price. Good for RFU HQ.
Parking can be a problem, especially if an event on at Twickenham.
Staff very welcoming and accommodating Good breakfast
Very "tired" bedroom and a poor breakfast room (my room nothing like the ones shown on the website) Parking arrangements - 4 cars only on the forecourt and resident only parking outside Noise from the dual carriageway outside my bedroom window
The 'apartment' had its own private access and kitchen area. It was clean, tidy and comfortable and the shower was great! The owner couldn't do enough for you and was chief bottle washer, cook, cleaner and receptionist from what we saw and fulfilled every role with a smile .. nothing was too much trouble!
The only things I could fault (and believe me I'm fussy!) were the loose toilet seat, lack of cutlery, bowls and drainer in the kitchen area and the fact that there weren't any warm croissants for our second morning's breakfast lol!
Close to Twickenham stadium.
Cleanliness was severely lacking. Bits on the floor from previous people, corners of shower not cleaned for a long time. Something stuck under the sink that had been there for a while.
All the staff were friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels
Would like to see a little more updating.
The manager was quite friendly and gave me a discount when I needed to extend my stay for a week.
One room was very close to a busy road and there was a lot of traffic noise.
Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.
Bathroom was SO small which was disappointing.
location was good for where we wanted to go
no place to relax other than room breakfast was not very good
Twickenham Guest House was very comfortable and the staff member on duty was excellent with his service. All together a very pleasant stay. Clean and the breakfast was very good.
The only drawback was the shared bathroom which was rather small.
Very close to station and rugby stadium
No mushroobs for breakfast
The carpet was filthy and general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were people in the Guest House outside smoking and making a lot of noise until 12.30. Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't go there again
Cheapest in the location by far, and great value for the price. You still get what you pay for mind - don't expect too much luxury.
