only the location
the bed, the room, the building, road noise, building noise, smell etc.
Friendly staff Good cooked breakfast
Double room was rather pokey. Carpet wasn't clean
The guesthouse is a stones throw from the ground. The bedding and the towels were very clean. Breakfast was served with a smile though it was limited for a full English breakfast.
The place is quite run down, there were cracked floor and wall tiles, the shower door was detached at one end, the shower was difficult to get to stay at one temperature, we had to stuff a towel along the bottom of the door to block the 20mm gap directly to the outside, the bed could only go in one place which was directly against the radiator, the curtains were missing several hooks, the carpet was threadbare.
Far too cramped.
Excellent location Breakfast great
Bed hard shower poor
Somewhat noisy (main street with ambulance sirens)
Cheap (for the area!). Clean. Come and go 24 hours a day, as you like. WiFi.
Shared bathroom very cramped. A bit noisy during the night with other guests coming and going. Next to main road A316.
Location, good value for money and friendly staff
The closeness to the stadium was the reason we picked the hotel. It is an easy trip into London not bad if you get the day pass on TFL. The price was ok given it was a match weekend.
Could have done with another bedside table. The light in the room could have been better. Too bright with main lights and too dark with side light.
If your planning a trip to Twickenham this is a very convenient stop. You will be at the ground within minutes and the hotel is a straight line walk of 5 minutes from Twickenham station.
I had to report broken shower and window within minutes of arrival. Advising that some of the rooms required having to go outside would have been good to know
Ok for a place to kip after the big game and some beer
En suite absolutely tiny for a big rugby player, had to have door open to turn round
Nice clean room.
Toilet seat broken and was basin plug stuck.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And i was made to feel that way. Choice and selection were second to none. A great set up for the day.
The upstairs shared toilet/shower room was very small and in some places almost impossible to turn round in.
close to rugby stadium ,friendly staff helpful with luggage storage after booking out very reasonably priced and breakfast was eccellent
No thrills overnight stay. Great location for anyone visiting Twickenham stadium. Staff were very accommodating and allowed for a late check-in. Breakfast was of a good standard. Room very small but adequate, clean and well stocked with refreshments. Would recommend.
Bed comfort and cleanliness. Decent tea bags. Breakfast ok, not brilliant.
Ground floor front bedroom very noisy. Right next to reception, and people booking in at 1am woke us up. Tiny bathroom, 3ft wide. Overpriced (for rugby internationals). Breakfast tea and coffe from flasks, not freshly made.
Loved the location, staff very friendly, room basic but very clean and breakfast was cooked to perfection.
Next to a busy road ( but hey it is London )
The location to Twickenham Stadium is superb. The owners/staff are brilliant, very friendly, sunny and helpful. Breakfast is fab, with REAL sausages, not the cheap nasty plastic ones that most places serve!!! The rooms are clean and tidy, ready on time.
If I was was being really, really picky......... only one bedside table for a double bed, door latch broken so had to use key to close it, TV on wrong wall, should be facing the bed, not adjacent to it (can't watch it when in bed). So, no complaints really, just suggestions perhaps.
Everything was to a very high clean standard The staff exceptionally polite and very helpful Radiator didn't work but staff did present another heater within minutes of asking 5 Stars
The member of staff was helpfull
Noise of Chertsey Rd. Parking for 4 cars only, parking in area horrendous !
The service was good from start to finish. We booked in quickly and was shown to our room. Our room was much better than expected (really clean beds & sheets) and we unpacked our belongings and headed off out into Richmond. We returned late with no hassles ! The breakfast was full English (including cereal & yoghurt/fruit juices/tea/coffee) and the service was great. We even left a jacket at the breakfast table and it was returned to us personally within 10 minutes of leaving breakfast. So it was good for us all round. Can't wait to go back in February 2015 :)
No serviette's for breakfast or maybe I just didn't spot them.
The tv in the room was nice and the tea tray was decent.
I got put in the first room on the left upstairs so if you get put there I recommend you ask to move because you get the full force of the bright lighted sign coming into your room. The last time I looked at the clock it was 4am and I was waking up at 6 so yeah, not my best night sleep. Couldn't get comfortable. Bathroom was tiny, towels had marks on them, the sink in the room had no pressure so barely any water came out, breakfast didn't start early enough for me to have any. Definitely wasn't 5 minutes from the train station I learnt that when I nearly missed my train. Also wifi only worked for moments at a time.
It was o.k. No, really.
Smell of - what could've been - cat pee. Mind you, my running shoes smell like that when I've been running in the rain. But I didn't have them with me on this trip.
Mould in toilet and shower room Cooker filthy dirty
Staff were very friendly and extremely polite.
wi fi kept cutting out but may have been down to the weather being bad.
