A shelf under mirror in bathroom would be very useful in view of small basin.

We enjoyed a relaxing cup of tea in the garden on our arrival. The room decor was tasteful, with a thistle theme, and a lovely posy of fresh thistle and other mauve flowers on the mantle. The view from the bedroom window, up the Wye River valley was amazing. Nickie was a lovely host, with loads of helpful information, and even printed out trail maps for us from the internet. (Thanks Nickie)

What's not to like? although the drive is a little bit steep, so park in gear!

The house was very clean with excellent views over the Wye Valley. Nickie and Phil are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are great. Nickie is always willing to provide information on local attractions and places to eat. We would highly recommend this B&B.

From the moment we were greeted by Nickie we were looked after in the house as extended family members.Nothing was too much trouble. Can't see it being bettered.Quality food and view to die for.

Nothing once the drive in was negotiated.

The views and location are spectacular. The host Nickie is very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The house is beautifully maintained and a great place to relax.

The only negative I have is that because of its location, it is impossible to get a mobile signal inside the house.

The location is simply superb, and the surrounding scenery is to die for. Quite literally, the front yard of Ty Bryn is the Wye River, and the surrounding woods are great to explore. Rarely have I been to a more idyllic setting. Nickie (the host) is simply great--extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We simply could not ask for more!

The driveway is difficult to manoeuvre, but this might take the cake as the "Year's Most Trivial Complaint"!
